This was by far the most stressful and disappointing cleaning experience I have ever had.

The contact person, Efren, was extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. My flatmate and I booked an end-of-tenancy cleaning service for our 3 bed 2 bath flat and prepaid £150 as a deposit (half of the total cost).

When the cleaners arrived, one of the workers demanded that I pay the remaining balance directly to him personally before any work started. When I questioned this, he refused to provide the service and even began verbally threatening me and my flatmate in our own home.

I immediately tried contacting the company owner/manager, Efren, but he refused to communicate, stopped answering calls, and ignored all messages. His WhatsApp messages also automatically disappear within 48 hours — luckily, I took screenshots as evidence beforehand.

No customer should ever experience personal threats in their own home, especially after already paying a large deposit. I also lost the £150 deposit because of this situation.

I strongly advise others to avoid working with this dishonest and untrustworthy company.

The two men who cleaned our windows (inside and out) and our upholstery were excellent. They were thorough and cooperative, polite and honest. Will use their services again.
