The Paris hotel could have been better:)
The first day was horrible, and certainly not the way the tour of this magnitude should have started. After a very long voyage, upon arrival the students had a 12 hour tour day. Students fell asleep at a museum on a bench (quite possibly the most unsafe situation you can put teenage girls in). The tour guide was oblivious. There was no check in a the hotel until very late at night. The girls fell asleep at the dinner table that evening. Not an optimal experience to say the least. Thus, 50%of the students fell ill as they were run down, and not eating enough based on their activity level. The food issue was expressed MANY times, obviously fallen on deaf ears. The second market the tour guide took the students to was unsafe. It was reported that it was in a very unsafe area, and girls were verbally and physically assaulted by some of the vendors. Students had left crying.
Busy trip but lots of fun!
The tour guides were amazing. The app is not super useful- details for flights and hotels would be a benefit, it only shows the itinerary. Air Canada delayed us by two days which we were not able to add on the other end so that was very frustrating.
Unfair compensation, expecting parents and students to figure it out with the flight company instead of taking on the responsibility of the service they sold us- voucher was supposed to be offered and wasn’t -EF is refunding money into my bank account without authorization- will not offer a breakdown of the compensation that they did offer.

The only issue was we would’ve enjoyed a second day in Brussels. One day is not long enough.
Loved the trip
Had a wonderful experience seeing some new sights, I have never been to London, Brussels or Amsterdam before...would have liked to had a little more time in Brussels.
Very rushed itinerary. Food not the greatest.

Fantastic tour. Excellent before, during, and after communication by the staff.
Best way to travel
Considering the positives and the challenges, I would rate the tour a 1 out of 5. With more balanced time management and flexibility, it could be a much more enriching experience.
We saw so many awesome sights, but the tour at times felt rushed!
