I had a great service with e-fones and…will be using them again.
I had a great service with e-fones and I will be using them again I had a problem with a sim after a phone call it was very quickly rectified the service is first class so the next time I want a new phone or router e-fones will be my first place I will look well done to the team at e-tones.

Fast delivery and great service
Great service. Initially received the wrong item but customer service were very responsive and I received a replacement in less than 24 hours. Would definitely recommend buying direct.

Item was not in stock but said in stock…
Item was not in stock but said in stock when I purchased on there website I then had to chase via email to see why
the item hadn’t been dispatched they then apologised and said it was out of stock. I’m still awaiting refund.

Bad stock level management
Placed order on Friday, got order confirmation email and then on Monday was told there was an error with stock and all my order was refunded...very disappointing! The website lacks basic management as showing proper stock levels

My first online phone order
I ordered my New Realme phone on Wednesday evening and it arrived this morning (Friday). I'm still getting used to the phone but I think I'm going to like it. I've never ordered a phone online before but I think I'd order from eFones again

Great service, different questions answered easily by the staff, phone came one day after ordering. Great phone came unopened and in perfect condition. Great communication and confirmation of order, I knew exactly where my new phone was each step of the way right down to the one hour delivery slot. Well done guys, will use you again in the future.

Disappointed that item was not factory sealed
Disappointed that item, an outdoor 4g aerial, had clearly been previously opened.
It was not factory sealed and clearly the internal packaging had been replaced.
The unit was as new, but I cannot test until the associated router arrives.
At full price, I expect an BRAND NEW item.
This, I believe, was returned from an aborted install job.
Not great.
