Efford Elite Recensioni

Detailed programs with great workouts that are easy to follow. A year ago I was barely playing soccer but seeing joes journey inspired me to try and push for the highest levels. Now im competing with other semi pro players. All grateful to Joe and Salua for their guidance. 100% recommend to any player aspiring for the higher levels

Really well laid out and thoroughly detailed from an actual ex pro

Joe and Salua are amazing people who put so much care and knowledge into helping players develop. As a parent, I appreciate how much Giada can learn from them beyond just technical skills, from tactics and speed training to the mental side of the game, including breathing and visualization.

They cover so many aspects of becoming a better, more complete player, and their live calls give players the opportunity to discuss their play, ask questions, and get thoughtful advice. What stands out most is how available and supportive they are. They genuinely care about the players they work with, and it shows. I couldn’t recommend Joe and Salua more highly!

Great program, Joe actually interacts with his students and helps young players improve their game and reach new levels they dreamed of

The program has everything from drills, workouts, mental preparation and work, along with nutrition

The program also has a certified nutritionist who is there to help us tailor meals and plans so we can play and perform at our absolute best

Before joining the program I was a house league player with no direction, fast forward a couple years and I made the jump to EMDSL TIER 1 with Tillsonbur football club, then C1 IMODEL U18 with Brantford FC and now I’m playing in the OPL U20 league with FC London while also committing to play division 3 soccer in Ohio for university.

I 100% recommend this program to anyone who is serious about taking their game to the next level.

Amazing program by a former pro player teaches you the insights into the pro game and develops you to become the best player you can be

This app program is awesome. I have helped so many youth players as a coach for my boys and girls GU08 and BU09 teams. They are all showing individual development at their own pace with the knowledge I share from Joe. Extremely recommend!!

Highly recommend this program!

This program is one of the best I have ever used, it’s differs far more than just an regular training program but actually an system that gives you confidence and the actual system to actually improve all four pillars of the game and gain opportunities to play at higher levels

I wasn’t sure if I would improve from an online coach but Igot really impressed and I improved a lot from the video drills to the technical videos it really helped me strengthen my weaknesses and I really recommend it

great work from Joe and Salua. They really help me get the best out of me and the programs are easy to follow

Amazing program, although I’m still in the process of it so far it’s helped me

Gives you a weekly schedule to follow . Joe has played at the highest level so it’s amazing to get information from someone who’s been at the top!!

This program has genuinely helped me so much with my soccer journey. Since joining Forge, I’ve improved not only my soccer skills, but also my confidence, strength, knowledge of the game, and overall mindset as a player.

Joe and Salua have been amazing and always take the time to answer my questions and help me whenever I need guidance. Whether I have questions about my training schedule, games, exercises, or anything else related to soccer, they are always willing to help and give me advice. I really appreciate how supportive and encouraging they are.

The mental training videos have helped me a lot with my confidence. They taught me how important the mental side of soccer is, helped me understand the game better, and encouraged me to set personal goals and keep working toward them. I’ve learned that becoming a better player isn’t only about what you do on the field, but also about how you think and approach the game.

The physical training sessions have also helped me become stronger and improve my fitness. I can feel the difference in my body compared to when I first started. The soccer programs have helped me become more comfortable with the ball, improve my control and technique, and feel more confident during training and games.

One thing I really appreciate about Forge is that it feels like more than just a training program. It has given me structure, motivation, and guidance while I continue developing as a player. I started my soccer journey later than a lot of people, so having a program that helps me understand what I should work on and gives me the tools to improve has meant a lot to me.

I’m still working toward my goals and know I have a lot more to improve, but I can genuinely see the progress I’ve made since starting. I’m very thankful for everything Joe and Salua have done and for all the support they’ve given me throughout my journey.

Thank you for creating such an amazing program and for helping me become a stronger, more confident, and more knowledgeable soccer player! ⚽️🫀
