Great experience, engineer visited on time and was thorough with the checks. Would definitely recommend to others.

The appointment for the service of the boiler was between 8am and 12pm and the gas engineer came right at 8am. So didn't have to wait for the slot time. That was great and he was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend efficient home energy for future customers

Was able to book my annual landlord boiler check and CP-12 easily and pay the invoice online.
The engineer arrived on time and completed the work.
Received both the documents next day by email.
Only issue is: am not very confident on the quality of boiler service conducted, if it's thorough enough. Though before booking, I emphasised this point and I was assured that it will be a "proper" boiler service for around an hour, covering all aspects, I heard from tenant that the engineer spent only 10-15 mins on the service :(

Efficient home energy were really helpful, quick and efficient to get me gas certificates and EICR for two of my properties. I appreciate how quickly they were able to do this as December is a busy month.

I’ve used this company for the last two years and intend to use them again next year. I like the fact that prices are realistic and not over-inflated. I’ve also found that the engineers turn up during the 3 hour time slot stated and I’m not hanging about all day. Their workmanship has to date been excellent, something I always pay attention to.
