We had a cancelled flight that changed our flight from LaGuardia to Newark. They were very helpful in changing our booking and having a car for us when we landed. Our driver Houziafa was great. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about New York. He got us through traffic expertly and got us all to the hotel. I will definitely be using this service again

We used Efficient Taxi for pickup from Newark Airport to Manhattan on 8-16-2025 and from Pier back to Newark Airport on the 24th. Our flight was delayed, and they made sure our driver was aware. Abid was great. Friendly, courteous, answered questions and was happy he was our driver back to airport. Their communication on the phone worked well for us! I would definitely use them if we travel back to New York in the future!
