Outsourced work
Effective Energy were great at communicating before the work began, though they outsourced the job to a company who were not so great. No communication, and a lot of chasing via Effective Energy was required. Effective Energy were professional and helpful, though they did not confirm at any stage that it would be a different company completing the work. As a final thought, my 'valuable feedback' was requested more than 12 months after the work was completed?!

Risposta di Effective Energy
Hi Kate, thanks for the comments. We’re sorry to hear that it was not made clear that the work would be undertaken by one of our approved contractors. We’ll feed this back to the team as we’re always upfront about this when customers contact us. As a company we do value feedback – TrustPilot is new for us which is why it seems like strange timing! Thanks again for taking the time to send us your comments. Effective Energy.
