The worst customer service ever experienced..I have tried to return a jumper 4 times! It keeps getting returned to me...wrong barcode supplied for returns.

Quality isn't great either... genuinely will never ever buy this brand after this experience

Poor quality with even poorer customer service
I have permanent quality problems with low-quality jeans, so 1.5 years ago I took the investment of 190€ on myself and bought what I thought was a high-quality Edwin jeans.
This is, like all other cheap jeans from the fast-fashion sector also broken.
Very surprised about the poor quality I went to Edwin and wanted to claim the jeans to get my money back. Finally, from my point of view, it can not be that such an expensive jeans broken after 1.5years.

As an incompetent service response I get the answer "Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do for you" and after my third email the suggestion 30% on my next order. From my point of view, completely impudent and just bad, for sure I will not buy pants from Edwin again even with 30% discount.

I’ve worn Selvedge denim for as many years as I can remember but I generally only ever bought Levi’s (cone mill denim was fantastic) then about 5 years ago I discovered Edwin and noticed that you could get these with great fades on eBay so I started buying and was more than happy .I thought I would start my own fade project and recently bought a couple of pairs of new Nashville so I could alternate them , well I am so disappointed, after one wear the denim is like an old dish cloth with no body at all which makes me question the13/14oz weight claim; I single cuff my jeans with a fairly large turn up but these just flop down dreadfully
I don’t know if other people have experienced a drop in quality with Nashville in particular but I certainly wouldn’t buy again

It seems i am not the only one with terrible reviews about this company, they advertise a job every single month in the same location & same position & when people apply they are refused, it is fake & a total scam, it is obvious they are doing it to gain more visibility for there crappy brand. So be careful with a company that behaves like this.

J'ai acheté un jeans en Juillet avec tout le packaging marketing qui va bien:
Toile japonaise selvedge 14oz en coton recyclé, made in japan pour la modique somme de 200eu. J'ai remarqué il ya 2semainees un accroc au niveau de ma poche arrière qui est vite devenu un petit trou. J'ai eu des Lee101, des wrangler, des Levi's Vintage et naked and famous gardé plusieurs années sans jamais avoir ce soucis. J'en conclus que vous m'avez envoyé un produit défectueux,donc Edwin c'est fini pour moi, je reste sur du naked and famous

My go to, comfy, good quality and long lasting

Buyer beware. I was sent wrong size for $208 jeans. They were returned meeting every requirement, and I have been unsuccessful at receiving refund.

They STOLE my money! Bought jeans, jeans didn't fit, returned jeans - then got a confusing email telling me i'd returned the item to the wrong place, after I asked for explanations they told me i'd returned an item bought from amazon. They shipped the box to me, which was indeed an amazon return, clearly bought by a completely different person, different name and address. They have not refunded me and stopped answering emails!! I now have a crappy amazon dog leash and am out 120 euros, this is 100 % illegal.

I honestly think this website is rated very low compared to all their good things. So I thought I would tell yall my experience.

So I ordered a hoodie, t-shirt and a waterbottle at edwin. Then I thought for a minute, maybe I should have checked trustpilot and see what other peoples experiences have been with this website, so I did. I saw it only had 2,9 stars and was kinda sad because I'm usually very skeptical, but I thought I've done it and now I wait to see what happens. Then after a day I asked them a question about toll in their support and at my surprise they answered my question over the night and that gave me a good sensation about my order. I then on the 3rd day couldn't find a track number anywhere and got scared and I panicked a bit. Then I found out it was in my "order confirmed" mail, and were all happy and good again, which was my fault! Then the package arrived and i went out to get it and boy oh boy, when I opened the pack I was so excited and thrilled to see how professional the company made my package look. First when I teared off the cupboard strip to open it I saw a sticker (which is in my opinion an extra luxury to have) and my hoodie and t-shirt were wrapped in this luxurious paper and were a very nice presentable way to have my package. But I will say that I was sad that I didn't recieve my waterbottle, but then I looked back in my emails and saw that they've send an email saying they didn't have the waterbottle in stock on monday, so they did it very early, almost right after I ordered my items.

My experince was amazing and it isn't the last time I order from this website because damn it was good! Great sevice, fast delivery, great prices, luxurious wrapping and amazing quality.

Bought a pair of jeans from a verified third party store. They ripped at the crotch within a year, despite quite infrequent wear and being a slightly loose fit. Edwin refused to give a credit note, as they said it was "wear and tear". Really disappointed with the poor quality, especially considering the high price tag. Would avoid.

I ordered items in January and never received them. Despite Edwin locating the items with UPS in March, and their recall to Edwin, they still refuse to refund my money until the product is back with them. This is now 4 months of stalling with appalling and entitled customer service. I will never shop with them again and beware if you do not receive your order you will be stuck in a repeating pattern of "be patient" for months.

Bought two items from Edwin (one t-shirt, one long-sleeved t-shirt) and both are great quality and good size. Came in some nice packaging with the option to return for free (albeit the packaging could be slightly smaller). Very happy with my purchases

Excellent quality and excellent service. Due to UK leaving EU my delivery took longer than usual, so it took three weeks to be delivered. I did get onto Edwin as I thought it would only take a few days at the most a week and every time was given excellent customer service. I could also see progress via the tracker. The items arrived and I was delightet to see and feel the quality and design, slanted pockets on the jacket and heavy cotton in the t-shirts. I will order again and look forward to Edwin's new collection.

Had to return jeans after seams came apart. Edwin asked me to return jeans to them (at my own cost), which I did. After being told the jeans were repaired, the jeans came back exactly the same. Edwin asked me to return them again (at my own cost), and when jeans came back, the repair was poorly completed. An appalling customer service experience and I won't be buying from this company again.

The website is the only CONTACT point (no telephone #) and.. it doesnt work! The form on the website returns ERROR 403 message.. dreadful experience

I bought a pair of Selvedge jeans exactly a year ago. Nice look and fit. But the crotch wore through on both sides of the seam, and had to be repaired. Now they’ve got a hole worn through on the rear of the crotch. Not great when you’ve paid £140.

ONLY A LOSS OF MONEY!!!

I ordered 5 items, after 2 months 3 arrived, which were totally disappointing. 1 month after i ordered they send me the information, that 1 item is out of stock and i should choose another one instead or the give me a credit. they didnt even over a refund. 1 item is still "preparing for shipping" - after 2 months!!!! i lost almost 180 Euro for nothing!!!!!
