Thank you Leslie for the kind words, your feedback is very valuable to us and it makes us happy to hear you are enjoying the ham. Thank you for ordering with us.
These uncooked slices are as great as the whole bone-in Edwards hams that I started buying in 1971, and they fry up and are ready to eat in just a few minutes.

The Edwards ham I purchased is wonderful. The taste is exactly the same as I remember from my childhood visiting my grandmother. I was born and raised in Virginia and the fond memories of my love for real country ham and all the dishes that came from grandmother's kitchen has been very pleasing to me. Thank you!
