My story is like most of the other reviews.
I ordered and paid for a copy of '100 Whys' and received confirmation of my payment and that a tracking number would follow soon.
Then nothing and multiple enquiries have been met with total silence.
A complete scam and I am not happy.

Just read several reviews and I also order a book but never received and no response to the emails sent. Nor to the letter. Contacted my bank to cancel charge so hopefully they will respond to the bank.
I hope I finally learned my lesson of purchasing items from companies that I do not know.

Zero star. I got ripped off. I ordered only 1 book, got charged for 2. When I tried to email the wrong charge I wanted righted , I never heard back.same with my emails. 2 months later , no books, no contact from company. I just saw the charge on my credit card bill. Hopefully I can get my money back. This company needs to be charged for fraud and arrested..

This site is a scam preying on people purchasing a gift for their loved ones.
No answers to emails, no tracking details and no communication for a purchase that has been on order for 3 months.

My experience would be to score a zero, I ordered 2 items over 9 weeks ago and did not receive them. I have contacted them by email 3 times and no response. I believe this is a total scam stay right away from this company l have wasted $80 for nothing.

Ordered their book but never received it. Thanks to my credit card company, I got my money back. Never found out what happened. I would definitely stay clear of this vendor.

No books, no emails, no refund SCAM do not buy from them!

Paid $90, never received anything. No way of getting in touch with someone, no tracking available, no response to my email follow up. This is a scam!

A zero rating would be best for this company, supposedly based in the United States. I ordered 3 copies of this book, 2 copies to Australia and one copy to the United States. The 2 copies I received were poorly edited with numerous spelling and punctuation mistakes. A request for a refund was ignored, as were the 2 messages sent through their website. I attempted to call their office but the number is disconnected.
This book is a rip off from a book published through Amazon.(as I discovered later) Contact your credit card company as I have done and you should get a refund. Ipaid through PayPal and received a refund immediately.

I want to leave a zero rating but it won't let me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Nearly 10 weeks since I ordered and nothing. Links to tracking amount to nothing. Email enquiries to the company amount to nothing. Total scam.

I ordered at the beginning of June and have not received my book. Am unable to make contact with the company. I also would like to give zero rating.

Is there a Zero rating? I ordered from them on May 23, got the “thanks for ordering email”, then nothing.imhave repeated attempted contact with no results. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

From the moment I ordered from this 'company' it was nothing but issues. Tracking info was broke from the start, customer service did not respond to my email even though their website proclaims that they respond within 48 hours. 2 weeks later still no response! Fortunately after 60 days of no merchandise I googled the company and found out that they were notorios for this same runaround. Google let me know that credit card companies generally give you 60 to 120 days to dispute the charges so they are playing the game of stalling until you can't get a dispute into you CC company. My recommendation is dispute the charges and go to Amazon to buy whatever it was you were trying to buy from them. I purchased the 100k Why book for my Grandson from Amazon for $19.99 while their price was 39.99 for a book that never arrived. They doubled the price and still never shipped the book ridiculous.
I will be filing a complaint with BBB and FTC these people should be shut down it's a scam.

I, too, was charged for two books I never received. I have sent many requests for help, but have received no responses. Very disappointed.

Yes, I was too late in seeing all these reviews - didn't think to check more thoroughly as this company's Facebook ads were very well done and as they were using Shopify, I felt I could trust them. WRONG!! $88.00 just lost, as this company is a complete scam. My emails have never been answered and I am now 2 months waiting. Why does Shopify not screen their clients?? Reflects very poorly on their excellent reputation. I now won't auto trust any company that use Shopify (where I have always done so in the past). I can see so many others here were buying for their grandchildren, as I too was. Such a terrible scam, I don't know how these people can live with themselves with such fraud!!!

Total Scam!

Took my money and never shipped the book. When I emailed, they apologised saying they were a small family run company and were delayed getting items shipped out. That was two months ago and they've ignored every email since.

Total scam! 2 months. They did communicate once to say they were.sorry for delay and shipping in two days. Never received and no more communication.

Odered and never delivered! Several emails sent and phone call not going throug! They took my money!

Scam, do not buy from here!

Ordered my book in early May and still awaiting its arrival in July No responses to my emails. I have requested a refund and …. No response. A ripoff !!
