I recently downloaded some ebooks for my daughter going into 1st year. Educate.ie app was by far the BEST!. The directions were very straightforward and easy to follow. The ebooks are easy to find when the app is opened. The biggest plus for me is that the ebooks can not be removed from the app in error easily, like Educate.ie competitors.
When I was trying to redeem a new book it wouldn’t let so I had to make a new password after I made a new password and redeem my book my others said not owned so I did what my school website told us to do when it does that but now all my others have disappeared

I used my daughter’s personal email address & not her school email address to download a few books. I hadn’t realized my error until my daughter could not access her ebooks in school. I used the codes so they could not be redeemed a second time. I contacted Educate.ie & they sorted the error & the ebooks are usable in school now. Very helpful.

Created an account for my daughter to redeem her online books, told that the ebook voucher had already been redeemed. Logged out.
Attempted to log back in later, told the email was unknown.
Tried to reset the password, told the email was unknown.
Tried to create the account again using the same email, told error, the email was already used.
Best in class?!, 😄😂

Our school have always had a great experience with Educate.ie. Rep gets back to us very quickly for whatever we need and they have been very good about setting up ebooks for us.
Ordered a graphics book set from them, one book arrived bent badly due to the way it was packaged. The response was that this is normal and the book would be fine 'in a couple of days'. It would be reasonable to assume that a company would not purposefully bend / damage a book when shipping to a customer.
I will not be buying from them again
