Out of the five items that I ordered, to a decent and wearable. The other three are ridiculous, more like timu status clothing!!! Do not, do not, do not, order from this scam company!!

this company is a scam. I ordered 3 beautiful knit sweaters and what was delivered were made out of shiny material with the prints painted on to the material. Requested a refund back in early January and have never heard back. Do NOT buy from this company.

Scam. Items received are nothing as pictured. Different fabric, colour and shape. Came from China, not Canada and complete garbage. After threatening to report the company, they offered a 20% refund. My last email says it was processed (over 3 weeks ago) but I never got it. Avoid at all costs. SCAM.

I love the dress but it didn't fit my 5'2" body. I've answered your email to me regarding how to return this product but no answer. Please reply with instructions.

I didn’t expect the fabric this item was made from. I thought it was more of a sweater material but the color and pattern deceived me.

am extremely disappointed with this so-called winter coat. After waiting over a month and sending multiple messages back and forth just to find out when I would receive the item I already paid for, it finally arrived today—only to be a huge letdown.

This is not a winter coat. As shown in the photos, the material is completely see-through when held up to window light. It offers no warmth and is nothing like what was advertised.

I absolutely do not recommend purchasing from this company.

Edmonton Grace is a scam website. The stuff is junk and you cannot read the reviews.

SCAM ALERT

This company portrays a family operated clothing store that is closing for personal reasons and offering 80% discount but in fact all their products come from China and the quality is not what was advertised and not worth the price you buy it. So very disappointed that I fell for such scam.

Advertisment says a Knitted Cardigan and I bought 2 in different colours. When they finally arrived they were not knitted but a very cheap polyester material and they were not cardigans but blouses. I wanted my money back but told the product has to be mailed to Head Offfice in China and they are not responsible if it get lost.

This online purchase was a big disappointment. The picture of the product was misleading, I thought I was purchasing a wool cardigan for $85.00.
What I got was a polyester knockoff from China

the product is a piece of garbage! It was suppose to be a plush thick woolen sweater instead I got a thin little rag of polyester that I would even use to wipe the mud off my boots with. It's ugly and I am disputing the charge and have notified RCMP of fraud and scamming and they're coming after you, you're already being investigate.

My order arrived in a timely manner and in very good condition.

Edmonton Grace was portrayed as a high end store in my home town. I googled the store prior to making a purchase. I purchased a beautiful velvet boho styled blazer. Regular price $210.00 for $105.00. Upon purchase, I discovered it was not being shipped from Edmonton but coming from China. Shipping was a problem, 5 days out for delivery. Upon receipt the disappointing item was poor quality, not much better than a dollar store T Towel. It was shapeless and thin. Nothing like the beautiful fitted velvet jacket online. Returns have to be sent back to China. What a waste of time and money. I accept I’ve been scammed. Don’t waste your money

This company may be based in Edmonton, they portray themselves that way, but everything comes from China. I ordered a size large sweater for myself, usually wear a medium, it just fits my 13 year old granddaughter who weighs less than 90 pounds! Customer service advised me that I would have to return this sweater to China, not Edmonton at my expense!

Supposedly Local , but items came from China. Very poor quality….supposed to be a sweater but was a polyester rag

Scam scam scam don’t buy

I did receive the green printed sweater two days ago. The quality is great! I’m very impressed with how good it feels. I normally do not shop for clothes on line as the quality (as I have learned from recent experience) has not been what I was expecting. My only “complaint” is that it fits a little smaller than I thought it would. However, overall, it’s great!

The two sweaters I ordered are lovely. I am quite new to ordering online so I was somewhat hesitant to know if you were a legitimate company! Now I know and will have no concerns the next time.
In future I am wondering if the name of your shipper could be emailed as well. I live in an assisted living facility and I like to inform receptionists that I am expecting ?company name to deliver a parcel.
I am so happy to have found a wonderful online company for sweaters! I will be giving family and friends your company name. They won’t be disappointed!
