This is a horrible for profit company…
This is a horrible for profit company with insanely poor customer service, ridiculously obtuse help, article after article of useless information, restrictions set by outsiders not in the classroom, etc. Why on earth would anyone buy something this confusing and user unfriendly I'll never know. But it's such a bad product that is so poorly managed, i've started philosophical discussions on the nature of LLC's in public education. They don't belong here. They aren't working for children, for culture, for the improvement of their fellow man, they're working for profit for shareholders. And it shows.

If I could give zero stars I would! I had a technical issue, called their support number, waited on hold for 53 minutes until the call magically disconnected. I didn’t want to wait that long again so I decided to use their web chat option instead. So I’m waiting in the chat queue it says there’s two people ahead of me.... then I got an email saying “sorry we missed you in chat”. So I don’t know why this email says we missed each other on chat I am still waiting in the chat queue. Needless to say, it still says there are 2 people ahead of me, and it’s been like that for 2 days. Next I emailed their support and have gotten ZERO response. Horribly frustrating. Stay away from Edgenuity if you can!!!

Complete scam do not use
Honestly it has no real educational value it copy’s questions and answers from brainly.com and it has pre recorded videos from over 3 years ago it is a complete scam and my school fell for it
Reasons it sucks:
It’s easy to cheat
It’s repetitive
There is no human interaction
It’s graded by Ai
It gives a weeks work every day
And no one ever checks it

This website, I wish I could give it negative 1 million. It is SO frustrating, and I have to just look things up because of this ridiculousness. Stay away people and districts.
