Prestan un pésimo servicio,te cobran un valor diferente al que te muestra la reserva,siempre busco mis tiquetes con kayak y nunca había tenido inconvenientes al hacer el pago,es primera que me dirigen a destinos.com y esta agencia es un engaño,una estafa.

Entre por kayak, tiquetes de Cali a Bogotá y eran a un precio pero cuando realice el pago me cobraron mucho más es un engaño, me siento estafada

My experience with this company was completely unacceptable.

They sold me a flight itinerary that involved a **critical visa-related transit requirement** that I did not meet. A condition this important cannot be treated as a minor detail. If an itinerary depends on transit or entry requirements that could make the trip impossible for the passenger, that information must be clearly and explicitly communicated **before the ticket is issued**. In my case, this did not happen.

In other words, they sold me a flight that was effectively unusable for my situation, and when I tried to resolve the problem, they did not take any real responsibility for the lack of proper information at the time of sale. Instead, the entire burden was shifted onto the customer.

Their “solution” was to require me to pay additional costs: fare difference, change or cancellation fees, and in total approximately **$190 USD** to manage a new flight. This amount was clearly excessive. Essentially, a serious problem was created due to insufficient information at the time of purchase, and then I was asked to pay even more money just to correct it.

To make matters worse, I also paid **$17 USD for a supposed “premium support” service**, which in practice turned out to be completely useless. There was no real priority assistance, no effective case management, no clear guidance, and no meaningful solution. The only responses I received were repetitive, generic messages that did not address the issue.

What is most concerning is not just the money, but the way the situation was handled:
they sell first, provide critical information too late, then charge the customer to fix the problem, and even the paid “premium” support fails to deliver what it promises.

My conclusion is clear: **lack of transparency, insufficient information about a critical travel requirement, excessive charges, and a support service that does not deliver what it advertises.**

**I do not recommend this company at all.**
My experience was that of a customer left without proper information, without real support, and forced to pay additional costs to resolve a situation that originated from the way the flight was sold.

Entré por Kayak para comprar un pasaje de Bogotá a París. El precio que aparecía era de $4.400.000 pero incluyeron un montón de tasas y terminé pagando 6 millones. Es un robo. Ponen el precio en dólares para que uno no se de cuenta del valor que le van a cobrar al final.

Hicieron el cobro cancelaron de una me dijeron que ya hicieron la devolución pero exijo que me den el comprobante y no me lo dan cobraron casi el doble del que decía al hacer el pago que clase de página es esta es una estafa legal o por que no los han suspendido

Me cobraron la reserva número 4666272602, me la cobraron en mi banco, y después cancelaron la reserva y no me devolvieron el dinero.
Me mandaron un correo diciéndome que la reserva había sido cancelada por "problemas técnicos", y que no me habían cobrado nada, y ya me habían cobrado. Lo vi en mi TDC de mi banco

Estafa, tienen cobros ocultos y al pagar te hacen el cambio a dólares y te cobran demás. Solicité el reembolso por la aerolínea y me dijeron que se reembolsaría el total del dinero. Sin embargo EDestinos no hizo el reembolso completo. Dice que su Fee es no reembolsable de 138 USD.
Mal servicio, leí tarde este foro. No compren allí.

Son unos estafadores, una reserva de un tiquete aéreo por 349000COP por persona, al hacer la reserva en el website hicieron el cobro a dólares, durante el proceso de reserva siempre mostraron un total y al final el cobro lo hicieron con 184 USD de más.

They charge about 25 % of your total booked, it is because of their services. If you request a refound they will keep that 25 % for them. Prices are too hight better to book in other websites like edreams....booking...expedia...trip.com....smartfares....etc....DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM PLEASE...This was my booking 7088993196 the amount was in mexican pesos in their page says 20,000 mexican pesos and when I paid it was 25 000 pesos, in the same moment i called and requested a refound and they only refounded 20,000 they keep the rest for their services...PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND DONT BUY HERE...See the score and reviews...worst agency ever.

La pagina da un precio es pesos pero luego para pagar solo da opción en dólares y nos aumento el precio 111 dólares mas de lo establecido. Son nos estafadores

Son unos estafadores, una reserva de un tiquete aéreo por 417000COP por persona, al hacer la reserva en el website hicieron el cobro a dólares, durante el proceso de reserva siempre mostraron un total de 302USD, no tomamos ninguno de los servicios adicionales, pero al hacer el cobro cargaron 411USD. Son unos completos estafadores.

Es una estafa, compré tiquete con una semana de anticipación faltando un día para el vuelo enviaron correo diciendo que no había disponibilidad en la reserva, no devolvieron dinero no respondieron más. Y A parte de eso cobran mucho más de la oferta inicial
Te ofrecen un precio y q la hora te facturar cobran mucho más

No compren con esta empresa, no dan información clara al momento del pago, cobran más y luego no responden.

No aplican la ley de retracto que consumidores tenemos, no gestionen sus vuelos nunca con esta empresa

I then called eDestinos and I talked with someone who was very patient and helpful. He sent me an email that contained the airlines internal reservation code, which worked. I now had control of my flights.
Bad:
The reservation said that no baggage was included. On the phone, asked the man the price to add a carry on bag. He told me it cost $150 usd. I thought it was expensive, I decided to ask the airline directly. The airline told me I already have baggage included for free! I almost paid $150 for something that is already included!

Realice la compra de dos boletos singapur- dubai y en la pagina durante todo el proceso aparecía un monto. Al realizar el pago cobraron 36% .
mas que lo cotizado durante toda la reserva sin incluir ningún servicio adicional y mas que lo que cobra la propia aerolínea. llame a servicio al cliente u no resolvieron que ellos son agencia de viaje y cobran una comisión. Porque no indican el precio finan antes de uno pagas para no realizar la compra con ellos ?

I bought een flight ticket for 26/12/2023. After the payment they send me an email with an another date. I have call them within 24hours and they refuse to send my money back. Never buy from them. I have obligated buy another tiquete because of them and result in lossing money. As soon as im home i will file them an case duo the fact they missleading people.

I have tried to book through eDestinos twice and the booking has failed both times, although they have debited my card and I'm chasing a refund.

They also offer prices, then during the booking process claim that they have increased slightly.

I don't trust this site.
