Non pushy sales person that had been there years knew everything about the product. There was a delay in the installation which they sorted immediately and the product is fantastic quality. Have recommended them to 4 friends already!

The whole process went well from start to finish; The communication was good to arrange mutually convenient dates for the survey, for the delivery and for the fitting. At each step the persons involved kept us informed of their respective arrival times and when they arrived they carried out their task professionally keeping me well informed throughout each step of the process. The installers were very good, worked well, and left the veranda looking great without any mess and all the waste was cleared away.
I am very happy with the result.

The German-manufactured product is of high quality and readily adaptable to a range of situations - we presented a difficult project, but the pre-installation surveys were most helpful in finding a solution. Despite inclement weather installation was carried out over three very long days by a cheerful and obliging team, who finished up by floodlight and left the site completely tidy. We did have two problems - a small water leak and a cracked piece of glass - but these were rectified within days. Everyone we encountered from the company seemed genuinely proud of what they offer, and we would recommend them without hesitation.

Purchased a full glass room from Eden with a composite deck base. The product is German (Weinor) and well engineered. What let Eden down was poor installation project management and under resourcing. Deliveries arrived with no one to unload because the installers were booked the next day. The lorry the kit arrived on was too big to get into the road so had to go away, despite the surveyor saying it would not be a problem. Lifting equipment that Eden hire to lift the beams didn't arrive during installation, so my builders, who happened to be on site, assisted. The installers are sub contracted, not employed by Eden, and are definitely not given enough time to complete the install so they have to go to other jobs before completion and have to be re-scheduled to come back. In my opinion they should have been allocated twice as much time to complete the works. That given the installers were hard working and courteous doing a nice tidy job. One thing I did not consider was condensation. Now the evenings are cooler, the inside of the glass room is covered in condensation by the morning so it drips from the ceiling throughout the morning wetting the furniture. A double glazed roof would limit or perhaps overcome this. The composite decking is from a company called Havwoods and although I am sure it is long lasting, it stains very easily. A potato crisp dropped on the decking will leave a dark oil mark that cannot be easily removed. Havwoods will sell you a specialist cleaner but you will be forever cleaning marks off. Havwoods technical department state the decking cannot be sealed. So there does not seem to be much you can do about it. Despite these reservations we really like the glass room and use it as often as possible.
