Both ladies work extremely hard and Hayley is the fountain of knowledge, she is quick and on the ball, I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better service. Having been trapped in a mortgage prisoner situation for years, paying on an ever increasing mortgage that was never being paid off I was at a complete loss and convinced I would never get out of the situation I was in.
