The product was impressive, heavy and our team loved them. What impressed me most about EDCO was the customer service - I had a quick turnaround based on 2 other companies falling through and my rep was responsive over a weekend. I plan to order from EDCO only in the future.
Really impressive award with a lot of weight. High quality item.
It is a heavy quality award at a reasonable price.

Nice, quality piece
A beautiful award that anyone would be proud to display. The cost of each award is very competitive.
This award was presented to a high profile benefactor. They were extremely pleased!

Very pleased with the customer service and products received. The customer service was friendly, quick in responses, and pleasant to work with. The finished product looked great.
This company was beyond amazing! I had to get a retirement plaque fast and they did an incredible job. The customer support agent Kim kept in touch with me through the whole process and I wasn't charged extra for the rush order. If I ever need anything personalized again this company is who I will use!!
Excellent product, excellent customer service, great response, great delivery. Overall this was a great experience and will use EDCO in the future.
