ECRM in- person shows always a Homerun
Forgot how productive ECRM shows were, and so happy to have them back in person again. Given the format of this show, in person yields the best ROI.
The staff goes above and beyond in ensuring every vendor has the most beneficial experience catered to their assortments and desired channel focus.

Very organized and well structured event!
I thought that the structure of the event is very productive. I also love that they help both vendors and buyers stay organized with the portal they provide.

No new customers of interest
No new customers of interest.
Not a great location. No direct flights. Not great hotel. Less of everything was given too - less food, less support. Was VERY disappointed and won't be returining
