This meeting was so well run! Even before the show, the communication and support was top notch. The meetings were constructive and meaningful. The event staff were phenomenal. So helpful and friendly. Shout out to Raydeen for all the kindness and support!

Very well produced. Ipads, when they worked, were excellent for taking notes and track of numerous meetings. Snacks and beverages were great for short breaks. Buyer list was weak, needed more off premise retailers, especially mid to large size chains.

Wi-Fi was unavailable for a while but otherwise good event. 15 min would be better with 12-13 min meeting and walking time.

Every one of the staff at ECRM is very friendly and easy to speak to. I felt welcomed and felt like my schedule was handled well.

This past week marked my 23rd ECRM show since I first attended in 2011—a milestone that speaks volumes about the value ECRM consistently delivers. Over the years, I've participated in both in-person and virtual formats, representing three different companies across various categories. No matter the setting, one thing remains true: ECRM’s process works.
The concept is simple yet powerful—set up a pop-up version of your product showroom and engage in focused, 10–20-minute meetings with potential buyers. These structured interactions are incredibly efficient, saving both time and travel costs while maximizing exposure. You’re not just meeting with existing contacts; you’re opening doors to new relationships and opportunities that might otherwise take months to cultivate.
What sets ECRM apart is the intentionality behind every meeting. Buyers come prepared, and the format encourages meaningful dialogue. Whether you're launching a new product, testing market interest, or expanding distribution, the platform gives you a direct line to decision-makers who are actively looking for innovation.
After 23 shows, I can confidently say that ECRM has been instrumental in driving growth, building partnerships, and accelerating go-to-market strategies. If you're serious about scaling your brand and connecting with the right people, ECRM is a must.

Jaime and Caroline were super helpful in answering our team's questions leading up to the main event.

There were also prep calls or introductory sessions with consultants to ensure you got the right info to prepare your products to potential customers.

The event itself was well organized, with a few lectures/industry trend sessions as well as refreshments and networking sessions afterwards.

The Sheraton hotel with discounted rates provided a decent value and nice environment to rest up and go directly downstairs to prepare each jam packed day.

I think overall its a great value for the cost paid for the exposure for you company, especially for those in Food & Beverage.

From start to finish, my experience with this company has been exceptional, largely due to the incredible support and dedication shown by each team member involved. I want to sincerely thank Jocelyn, Larry, Jessica, Jaime, Jamie, Melissa, and Debbie for the role each of them played in ensuring my success.

Jocelyn was instrumental in providing clear communication and timely follow-ups. Her ability to guide me through each step with precision helped ensure no detail was missed.

Larry went above and beyond with technical setup and logistical coordination. His insight and responsiveness allowed everything to run smoothly without disruption.

Jessica consistently supported my timeline and made herself available when needed. Her reliability helped me stay on schedule and meet key milestones confidently.

Jaime and Jamie were both outstanding when it came to handling scheduling and connections. Their flexibility and professionalism kept everything aligned and efficient.

Lastly, Debbie ensured that everything from preparation to execution felt seamless. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor helped create a comfortable and well-organized environment.

Collectively, this team ensured that I had the tools, support, and clarity I needed at every point. Their efforts not only made the process successful, but enjoyable. I’m extremely grateful and look forward to working with this team again in the future.

First of all, all ECRM team members were excellent helpful and supportive. They did the best they could, both in enforcing the rules. At North Tower 16th floor ECRM team I would especially like to point out that they always do their best.
