Event was well run
Hotel was rough. Needs a lot of work. night time event was great. Staff did a great job. some of the meetings were not what they were last year.

It was super easy for our team to get setup. The team members were all super nice and helpful. The events set up for us were great and well run. We had a great time meeting new friends and showing our brand.

I really enjoy working the people that run ECRM meetings. Caroline is fantastic and her quick follow up is incredible. Always there when you need her. I’ve enjoyed working with her these past several years.
Susan has been an absolute pleasure to work with each day. Always a bright smile and warm demeanor and helpful with anything that was needed. It was great to meet her this week.
