Ecowise Renewables Ltd installed a replacement ESS inverter and new battery (EP3) storage to our 10 year old solar system. The work was carried out professionally and the installer spent extra time to ensure a neat install with the wires to the electricity meter box hidden from view. We have had the battery system for ~9 months now and am ready pleased with the results and the supporting App.

After months of trawling through solar suppliers (and nearly losing the will to live in the process), I landed on Ecowise. Unlike the others who seemed happy to squint at my roof from Google Street View, Les and the team actually turned up in person. With a roof as complicated as mine, that face-to-face was a game-changer.

The solution they came up with didn’t just tick the boxes—it blew past my expectations. No jargon, no pushy nonsense, no “sales theatre.” Just straight answers, solid value, and a system that actually makes sense.

Massive thanks to Les and the crew for making the whole thing refreshingly easy. If only every big home project could be this painless—I’d almost start enjoying them.

1st Class service from Ecowise, how nice it was to get a visit to measure everything up rather than relying on Google earth, Sales pitch was great and no hard sell and advised on best locations for everything, Scaffold arrived the day before the install and was swiftly put up, install team arrived on the install date given and checked everything over, quickly sorted a couple of minor issues, job completed and commissioned the same day, fitters went through everything and set up the app, scaffold removed next day, very pleased with the whole package offered by Ecowise, Highly recommended them.

Ecowise carried out a full install of 12 solar panels and battery at my property. From the initial sales visit to completion, the service exceeded expectation. The scaffold was erected the day before, followed by a highly professional team the following day, who completed the entire install of panels, battery and new meters in one day, which also included the removal of the scaffold. Everything was left clean and tidy, with full explanation of the system, apps and controls. Highly recommended!!!

We had our solar panel system designed and installed by Les and his team in May and couldn’t be happier with the results. The install went smoothly, and all our questions were answered.

The installation was straight forward. Les and his team were polite, respected my property and most importantly I did not feel that they oversold equipment I didn't need. All was tailored to my usage and the structure of my property. No complaints.

Installation was good. but backup is poor big dealy getting connected to octopus was told i would be reimbursed for the two months generation thats incorrect.When you get your installation done find out if the fox app is up to date to allow for forced discharge after many calls to Fox i now have a functioning system.didn't bother with Ecowise.

Not finishing the work not replying to phone calls not rectifying bad work

Great service from Les and the team throughout the entire engagement. Answered all our questions during the design and consultation so we fully understood the work. On the day of installation further design improvements were made once the team had been able to do more hands on investigation. Very pleased with the outcome.

Ecowise Renewables Ltd provided a first class end to end service. Director, Les Reynolds provided an initial consultation that was informative and did not add any pressure to sign. Follow up chats were arranged, scaffolding installed and solar panels and battery fitted promptly. The system works well and Les and Scott have been more than happy to take calls post fitting to discuss getting the best out of the system.

Ecowise installed solar panels on the roof of our offices. They have been great in reducing our energy bills. The company were very efficient on the install, and showed us how to use the app and equipment to monitor usage. We would highly recommend.
