Can't comment on the product as it hasn't been received. It appears that Royal Mail are stating on their tracking information that the recipient signed for it when she wasn't actually at home and can prove she wasn't. I asked the seller to contact Royal Mail which they have only to tell me that Royal Mail GPS shows that they were at the address which may be the case but it wasn't signed for by the recipient so that's a lie and there was no one else at the address. Seller only willing to resend if they get a refund. So basically I'm out of pocket if Royal don't refund. Surely the seller should have some sort of policy in place in case this happens. I wouldn't mind but paid over the odds for a product than would normally as thought I was getting something special.
Update: product arrived. My daughter is very happy with it and has commented on how lovely it smells. Thank you Gary for your help.

Hi Amarjit,
I am sorry that your daughter hasn't received the product from Royal Mail. I have explained the situation to you and the time scale that Royal Mail works to. If Royal Mail considers the item lost, they will reimburse me and I will send the item again free of charge.
If they don't reimburse me, because they consider the item has been delivered, then unfortunately, I can do nothing about that. The issue is with Royal Mail, not myself or the service I have provided.
I really do understand your frustration and I am doing all I can to help but I feel perhaps your frustration would be have a greater impact if it was directed to Royal Mail directly.

As previously advised, I will get back to you once Royal Mail has made a decision on this matter.

Lovely diffuser
I cannot give a review on the actual product as I have bought it for my daughter-in-law for Christmas, but the packaging was very good and the diffuser was in perfect condition when it arrived. Very prompt delivery. Both my daughter-in-law and myself bought some of this diffuser in the past and it was really lovely, so this is a repeat purchase.
