Poor driver's
One of your drivers was very aggressively trying to push a lady Infront of him into a busy junction. When she safely could pull out he speed out into the road and almost hit another car.
Sadly didn't get the registration. If your vans are tracked it was outside the Morrisons daily in Saltash PL12 6JL at 7:10pm 19/3/26

Gareth Jones, the engineer came out to change something on my electric for my solar panels. He did with so professionally even correcting an issue left by a previous electrian . Very kind, friendly , tidy and efficient.

John Dewen came out today to inspect…
John Dewen came out today to inspect our panels and we cannot rate him highly enough. He talked us through everything he was going to do and whilst I’m not electrically minded he put things into simplistic terms.
John arrived early, talked us through what he was going to do and set about the job. He was friendly, very knowledgable and a credit to the company. Following the engineer’s visit, a roof-related fault was identified. The system was switched off as a safety precaution while we seek approval from the panel owners to proceed with the required works. We appreciate that the wait has been concerning, and we apologise that our communication has not been as proactive as it should have been.
Once approval is received, our team will contact you promptly to arrange an appointment.

Good communication
Good communication from scheduling the appointment to the engineer arriving and completing the work. The engineer was efficient causing limited down time whilst completing the work.
Ecovision have always kept on top of any regulation changes that have required modifications/upgrades to the installation and have organised these upgrades as soon as they were able to.
