Good experience with their services. They are fast and very reliable for their work.

I have been in need of sending frequent international couriers for quite some time now. It used to burn a hole in my pocket while sending through other individual courier companies. That's when I accidentally came across this company, Ecourierz and since their branch was close-by home, it was like a cherry on the ice cream. The representative, Myna helped me set up an account and choose from several courier choices which they have a tie up with. She was very courteous and helpful. Though I still had some inhibitions, I was surprised that my couriers to the US were delivered in 48 hours. I've yet to come across a courier company who charges economically with such swift customer service. I am in for the long haul with ECourierz.

I came across ecourierz while searching Google for I was unable to go out and courier a return parcel in India . At that time
Rajnish from ecourierz helped me a lot to deliver it as the address was not matching properly and mobile no was not there. I think mobile number is a must in all courier services. Anyway great pains were taken and finally delivered. Next time I wanted to send some parcel to Australia and I called up Rajnish and it was done smoothly and within 4 days. Only packing, mesurement and taking out the print had to be done by me. I have a suggestion that if the printed labels are provided then it will be helpful, for everyone doesn't have a printer at home. Otherwise I think sitting at home comfortable you can parcel anything anywhere. I love the service and suggesting that everyone can experience this.

I came across eCourierz online when I was searching for a company providing India to Uk door to door delivery solutions. Everyone had given them a good review and so I went ahead and decided to send my household items through them. The whole process was extremely smooth right from the beginning. I had 4 cartons to be sent. Except for a slight and unexpected delay with one, the whole delivery mechanism was hassle free. DHL was used as the partner company and my stuff reached UK within 4 days time which was excellent.
Considering their good customer care service (Mr. Krishna was very good) and prompt delivery mechanism, I would recommend them to anyone planning to send goods to the UK. But do keep in mind, packaging and measuring the dimensions of the boxes and weighing them is our job. Rest everything is taken care of by them. I hope that in future, they will be able to provide goods packing services too.

NEVER BUY FROM BANGGOOD and NEVER use eCourierz
They are cheating ocnsumers with fake products and returning to them is a nightmare.
My experience:

I had purchased 8 LED adapters on Aug 31 2018 from Banggood.
The product is not able to power 2-5m LED strips,
UKEUUSAU-AC-100-240V-To-DC-12V-10A-Power-Supply-Charger-Adapter-For-LED-Strip-p-1004388.
I spoke to an executive who agreed for return of items along with shipping born by Banggood:

However,over the past week(today being 29 Sept 2018),Banggood has been lax in replying to my emails and refuses to accept the courier waiting at China customs.
They even blocked my emails from their servers.Moreover,it does not look like they are bothered about this issue as seen in the emails and chat transcript(each person acts like they do not understand english as seen below) :

Further, NEVER use eCourierz as your courier provider as they too,like Banggood do not have an escalation matrix to address consumer queries.

Forcing me to pay duties even before it is certain that Banggood will accept the return items valued at INR 9000.
Waste of INR 2200(+INR 400 they charged me extra stating package weight discrepancy) and now asking for extra duties of INR 2300.

I have asked the local courier company the following(asking me to pay the customs upfront which is meaningless if courier is not accepted):
Please ask FedEx to hold the courier in their local warehouse as I have filed a legal case against Banggood since they are refusing to accept this parcel as previously agreed.

However,the local company(eCourierz) refuses to wait for the legal outcome stating FedEx is not holding it till resolution.
