(which is amazing) . I’d definitely recommend eCourierz to any individual who plans to import their cargo from abroad, these guys make the process hassle free and stress free compared to any other method. I bought my dream bike unscathed at my doorstep (and this is without even opting for Insurance)

These guys are SUPER HELPFUL, be it import, export or domestic service, they know very well what they are doing, which keep the customer's hassle away, their correspondence with the shipping companies are very good which keeps the things aligned all the time, they keep tack on docs. and movement for you, also the cost is very very economical.

Well i had been using their service from last one year for international shipments, and i am pretty impressed with their quick service. Krishna is attentive and responds quickly. I don't know what is up with the negative reviews but they do solve problems quickly. So far they have been great. I will recommend their service if you are starting a business.

Although i have few suggestions:
1. Please start postpaid payments system for their old customer and who books shipment quickly so one does not have to recharge wallet everytime it will save time.
2. An address book will also save time when one has to rebook shipments.

With my experience so far, I feel a 3.9 rating is very much underrated. The support staff has always been responsive and there is no delays in crediting the wallet if and whenever there was a need for it. The rates are also competitive and pickup generally happens withing the stipulated time frame. Overall they have been handling my entire export load for the last 4-5 months and so far there has been no delays, or lack of service. Will be happy to recommend ecourierz to anyone who is looking for seamless export courier service. Will also take out the time to thank Mr. Krishna who has been diligently handling all my queries and responding to them practically immediately.

I have booked many orders with ecourierz and has not faced any major issues. However my order ECZ981066 was not delivered to the consignee. And when I reached out, ecourierz was quick enough to solve my problem and got the parcel delivered. I really like to appreciate Rajneesh, who is very much helpful. Thanks for the support.

NO MECHANISM TO GET REFUND OF DEPOSIT OR E-WALLET MONEY- NEITHER ONLINE NOR OFFLINE. 3. YOU MUST USE THEIR E-WALLET ONLY TO PAY. AND THIS AMNT IS ALWAYS IN MULTIPLES OF 1000. SO IF HV TO PAY 9200 YOU PAY THEM THEM 10K, 800 IN EXCESS. THIS MONEY IS NEVER REFUNDED! 4 THERE IS NO ONE WHO RESPONDS TO ONCE YR CREDIT BALANCE IS ASKED. MY PKG WAS UNTRACEABLE AND UPDATED UNTIL IT WAS DELIVERED - IT WAS DELIVERED AT A WRONG ADDRESS AFTER HUGE DELAY. I COULD GET DEL ONLY BCOS I WAS DIRECTLY TALKING TO DELHIVERY COMPANY. ECOURIERZ HAD NO CLUE WHERE IS THE SHIPMENT...
THEIR DASHBOARD IS USELESS. THRE IS NO WAY TO CAN REACH TO THEM EXCEPT THEIR SINGLE LANDLINE.
NOW AFTER ALL THE MISADVENTURE, I M BREAKING MY HEAD WITH THEM FOR PAST 1 WEEK. 5 REMINDERS SO FAR, ON DAILY BASIS IS NOT HELPING ME.
NO ONE RESPONDS.. KEEP AWAY FROM SUCH COMPANIES. THIS IS LEAST ONE CAN SAY ABT THESE GUYS..
TO CONCLUDE MY IMPRESSIONS: ITS A FRUAD ONLINE SCAM. THEY ARE PERHAPS CONVERTING BLACK MONEY INTO WHITE OR SOME ILLEGAL ACITIVITY IN THE GARB OF AN ONLINE SERVICE.
I GOT THE SUSPICIOUS WHEN I REALISED THAT NO ONE IN THE COMPANY EVEN DISCLOSES THEIR SUPERIOR'S NAME! I WAS TOLD SOME MR. RAHUL IS THE BOSS. BUT NEVER NOW.
I CAN BELIEVE THE LEGITAMACY OF THIS IF ONLY I BACK MY REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AND THE BALANCE AMOUNT IN THE E-WALLET.

I have been using Ecourierz for my business from past few months to send my parcels (cloth masks) and I must say its the best in the market. I have been extremely happy and satisfied with their service be it pick up or delivery. I recently sent one international parcel which was on hold with Customs but their team were quick enough to address and solve the issue which helped in smooth delivery of my parcel to the US. This in turn has helped me a lot and saved my time, as I am getting more business from my customers because of the good shipping service by eCourierz.

Did our first export order with Ecourierz, they were really helpful during the process and guided us at every step being our first export .

One of the most unprofessional courier services I've dealt with. Despite of providing all required information and fee on a timely basis, the courier is not picked up when scheduled. often the pick up guy is not given the right input about the nature of the pick up (e.g. - domestic, international). This is mainly because ecourierz do not provide correct and complete data to FedEx. And while the customer struggles to find out what's happening, the ecourierz team does not answer calls if they discover something has gone wrong with the shipment. Although I have used their services more than 5 to 6 times, I would like to share my consignment number here just in case any higher authorities are interested to take this up (which seems highly unlikely) - ECZ978855. Support team member Puttaraj and manager Fouzan were of no help whatsoever. Invest your time in looking for better alternatives rather than wasting it over struggling with ecourierz.

Pathetic service and the customer care is worse.
Highly not recommended.

Fake company they deducted 15000 from my account for weight dicrepancy. Most of weight discrepancy was fake. They First told me 307 but deducted 1150 from account.

Total 15000 worth of discrepancy received just today.

I fortunately got the contact of Mr.Mohammed from eCourierz when I was struggling to get proper Courier to send a parcel to Australia from Hosur, India.
He properly guided us and rendered excellent service by patiently answering our queries and processing our courier.
