I placed an order on April 7, 2026 (Order #255789), and I have still not received it.
There has been no proper communication, no tracking information, and no clear explanation regarding the delay. Customer support is either unresponsive or not providing any useful answers.
This is completely unacceptable for an online store operating in the EU.
At this point, I consider this a serious failure to fulfill the order. If the issue is not resolved immediately, I will request a full refund, initiate a chargeback via my payment provider, and file a complaint with consumer protection authorities.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this website.
