Calls you like non stop USING MULTIPLE NUMBERS.
Pretending to be your current energy supplier and 'act' to make you get a new tariff renewal through them. When you tell them to stop calling you, their response was. OK we will call you AGAIN in a few weeks time.

Although I thought I had renewed my accounts earlier in the year it transpired that I had been contacted too early and my initial renewals had been made outside the renewal window.
After this fiasco, which wasted a considerable amount of my time and your time (and consequently money!) the situation was not only rectified, but dealt with quickly and efficiently by someone who actually knew what they were doing.
