Very disappointed with the VAT service. The team is completely unprofessional. They did not provide me with the username and password for my VAT account, and instead they used their own personal email instead of my Gmail without my permission. This is a serious mistake and creates trust issues.

Their communication is very poor, responses are slow, and they do not give proper guidance for VAT filing. Because of their careless work, I faced penalties and unnecessary stress. They promise quick service but never deliver on time.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. Their service is unreliable, unprofessional, and not transparent. Avoid them to save your time, money, and peace of mind.
