Very easy to set up

Very easy to set up, barely took any of my time. I tried building a store last year, and it was hell; I ended up giving up. But this was very simple. Now, all I have to do is sit back and watch my account balance skyrocket.

Scam

I have been in communications with the support team since Feb 2026, I had a monthly subscription come out that I did not select and when I brought it to their attention I was informed I would get the subscription amount fully refunded. I then requested my initial payment refunded as this was not for me, I was told they would provide a 50% refund as the stores had been created already. I said fine, they did after all click a button to get AI to make the websites. It is now April 2026 and unless I contact their support team not one person has reached out to me I keep getting told that my refund is in the process of being assessed and that someone will update me shortly. I have provided all necessary information that they need replied back to all emails when they tried to get me to stay but as soon as they realised I was serious about my refund all contact was reduced to me reaching out. i am still trying to get my refund.

The funds have been issued back to your original payment method, and depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

I am pretty new to setting up an online…

I am pretty new to setting up an online store and the instructions given was clear. The online store was set up process was quick and in high quality. I will probably take many more days or months to come up with a website like this myself.

Though I met some challenges in setting up the second store. Fret not, the support team responded pretty quicky to get it setup. Looking forward to see how the outcome and results.

Great service

Great service. They helped alot to resolve anything I ran into. Got a store made with their AI. Its completely done with product install already. Nothing to do just set up the Shopify account and you are good to go. Easy to manage.

Total scam

Total scam. The website has technical issues which never end up finishing a proper configuration. I requested to cancel it and get my refund in October and nothing gets resolved. I never got my refund since October 2025

I have tried with several emails to cancel the subscription, received positive responses, yet the £25 per month keeps leaving my account. It's been so many months it must be hundreds if pounds for a product I said I did not want, no matter how good it may be. This an attempt to get the people behind this company to finally deal properly with me one on one instead of auto emails. Looking forward to talking.

After reviewing your message, I would like to clarify that the £25 monthly charge you are seeing is the subscription fee from Shopify, which is the platform used to host and run the online store. This subscription is billed directly by Shopify and is separate from our services, which means we unfortunately do not have access to their billing system and cannot cancel or manage that charge on your behalf.

To stop the monthly billing, the subscription will need to be canceled directly through Shopify. I recommend contacting Shopify support or logging into your Shopify account and navigating to Settings → Plan → Deactivate Store, which will cancel the subscription and stop future charges.

If you are having difficulty accessing your account or completing the cancellation, Shopify’s support team will be able to assist you further since they manage the platform and the billing associated with it.

I completely understand your frustration, especially after trying to resolve this multiple times, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
