After being excited about having mobility again there was nothing but disappointment, stress and frustration. After receiving a broken scooter with a front wheel that wobbles like it's going to fall off I contacted the company and after much arguing because they don't have replacement parts for the scooter they finally gave me a partial refund. So after much more complaining I finally got the full refund. I didn't want the money I just wanted mobility. And now I have to take their trash to the curb for them. I suppose I can limp it down there and then just limp back to the house. If you're reading this then your probably to old for this frustration, I know I am.

This scooter is a five star scooter all the way first of all it came completely assembled. All I had to do was lift up the steering wheel and lock it in place easy unpackaging it was fully charged when it arrived, I used it recently at a car show in Daytona Beach if you know anything about Daytona Beach, the track is 2 1/2 miles. Could you imagine I was there for nine hours and it only used 20% of the power I was also towing a little box behind it which you park I can’t see anything wrong with this product. It was well worth the money. I’m very happy with it. Five stars all the way.

This scooter gave me back my freedom! As someone who had major knee surgery and was unable to bear weight for 8 weeks without needing assistance to walk even short distances, this chair has given me my life back. With this chair, I was able to continue teaching, going on field trips with my students due to the small compact size and easy breakdown-this chair can go anywhere. I was able to go to Disney World and use this chair daily for those long park days! This chair can go on any surface (rocks, dirt, bumpy/smooth surfaces). I took this chair to baseball games and football games! Without this chair I could not live my life. This chair truly changed my life.
The company has been very supportive and responsive to any questions or issues that we have had. The customer service is amazing and very easy to deal with. It arrives ready to assemble. I would recommend this chair and company to anyone.

While I had difficulty with simple stuff some of which (most) I blame myself for, still, I felt the manual could have been a little clearer about the simple stuff. Like how to make it GO. I figured it was a combination of toggle switches in correct order after charging, but would have benefited from a Quick Start bulleted first page of manual. However, customer service has been first class with a very clear list of things to do i order to get her to go forward. Seat is reasonably comfortable. Spunky response to controls. It was impeccably packed. Can't wait to get her out to the campgrounds where my senior women's group meets almost every month in Florida.

I used the chat to try to figure out how to order my battery for my scooter. The customer service representative replied with the link on where I needed to go to get the battery ordered. This was very effective communication. The reason for the new battery is to have one charged and in the scooter and to have an another charged and ready to go. So I never have a dead battery.

I purchased the MS20 in pink I have knee problems and looking forward to using it on family trips. The customer service department has been wonderful with questions that I have had and responds back in a timely manner. Loretta...

I bought the 15/30 Miles 4 Wheels Mobility Scooter for Adults & Seniors Up to 300LBS, 350W Electric Powered Wheelchair Device w/Extended Battery, Dual Baskets, Rotating Seat, USB Charging and it was delivered fast and super easy to assemble! It fits perfectly in the back seat of my F150 for easy transport since I don't have a scooter lift yet. I did have to reach out to customer service with a question and they responded super fast and were able to help me! Overall great scooter & great customer service!

This is an awesome little scooter. It arrived quickly and put together easily. I love the fact you can easily disconnect the battery to charge it away from Scooter if need be. Has some zip to it when I took it for a short ride.

Only thing slightly negative is the seat back is a bit low for me, but then again, I am taller. 5'10".

I ordered one of these scooters for my father in law. It has been a wonderful purchase. He is able to travel with it and get around. The delivery time was quick and arrived with out any issues.

My mother received one of these scooters as a gift and it had a broken part. Their customer service was great and sent a replacement part with no issues.

Love this scooter. Small enough to go in the car, big enough to get me around a cruise ship. Easy to fold and stow away. It’s comfortable and I feel safe riding it easy to drive too. Gave me my freedom back.

I just got the MS02-F Mobility Scooter and took it for its first trip in the park which is a few blocks from us. It is easy to drive and can really pick up speed on the straight parts! It handled the hill (in the grass) very well and moved well in the very thick grass. It also climbed over all the little dips and curbs that I encountered. It is heavier than I expected and with failing hips and knees both my husband and I will be loading it in the car together...although, in a pinch, I could do it myself. I had a small issue with a part ordered and the company took care of it immediately. Great customer service as far as I can tell. Can't wait to take it shopping...something I have not been able to do for months.

I purchased this scooter mainly for use in theme parks, and overall it has been a great choice. I’m able to load and unload it from my car by myself, which is very convenient. The battery, once fully charged, lasts me all day during park visits. It does take a few charge cycles before reaching full capacity, but after that, the performance has been reliable.

The only drawback I’ve noticed is the turn radius, which is not ideal for theme park queues. On several rides, I had to do a lot of reversing and adjusting to make certain turns, while others on different scooters had no trouble. That said, this is something I could have anticipated by checking more reviews beforehand. If there were a way to improve the turning capability, it would make the scooter even better.

Overall, I’m very happy with this scooter. It has given me the independence to enjoy the parks and other activities without having to rely on rentals. I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, easy-to-transport scooter for everyday use and travel.

Very happy with the scooter

I am very happy with my mobility scooter! After breaking my ankle, it was truly a lifesaver. It is narrow enough to fit through the interior doors in my older home, and I have also taken it outside to water my garden, get the mail, and visit with my neighbors! It is easy to charge and the charge lasts a long time. I’m SO glad that I purchased this scooter!

Purchased the MSO2 scooter for my mother, and am incredibly impressed. It is easy to use and has amazing range. It's also lightweight and easy to fold/unfold. Highly recommend!
