Update - After receiving good help from the support team they were able to fix the issue that I've had on my website for 3 weeks now. They gave me a good functioning website, maybe some issues here and there but nothing too much. Although for 350€ I definitely feel like it could've been better but that's just my personal opinion.

Absolutely a waste of time. I spent $200 and received a website I could have built in two hours. I had to chase them to receive the social media pages, and I still haven't received the Facebook profile. The newsletter section still had a default phrase. Definitely not worth the $200 — better services are available on Fiverr for $50.
