I can’t stand the smell of anything in…
I can’t stand the smell of anything in the box. I should have known as I had chemotherapy earlier this year to treat my breast cancer that I wouldn’t be able tolerate any of the scents. I regret purchasing my subscription.

We’ve had customers reach out to us with a list things they prefer not to receive especially due to health issues and we always do our best to accommodate them and substitute with other unscented products or lifestyle items they’ll enjoy.

I've waited until my 2nd month to write a review, to make sure the first delivery was not just "to impress" but I have to say, I love the 2nd box as much as I did the first!
I've tried a few other subscription boxes in the past, but found them very expensive. I like that this one is reasonably priced and still gives you an array of products. I also love that the products work for any age group (I'm 53). But what I love most is that even though I'm in Canada, my subscription box arrives in only a few days time... no waiting weeks! So I will definitely continue subscribing to this one as I simply adore all the products received so far!

The candela are Fabulous
I have enjoyed all of my boxes so far. My favourite is the wick cutter, and the candles. They smell amazing and really do keep my house smelling great. I have pets and you wouldn’t know it.

I look forward to receiving my box every month! The candles are delightful and have a really good throw....the wood wick is an added bonus to these lovelies :) So far I have enjoyed all the products and the great selection that they send!

Super unimpressed with the box. Received broken product the last two boxes . Can’t wait for this subscription to be over with! Since you can’t cancel … what a waste of money …

We're so sorry to hear about the broken products in your last boxes, we are always on hand to replace damaged/broken items once we've been informed about them, but you never reached out to let us know there were issues with your box. Damages could occur in transit and this is not within our control. We've emailed you now to confirm what these items were, and we'll have replacements sent out to you once we hear back. This isn't the experience we want you to have and rest assured that we stand by the products and service we provide and we'll always do everything we can to make it right.

Love the luxury candles as a high end treat just not sustainable cost wise
I love the candles and products so far. I have received 4 boxes and are very happy with them. The scents are amazing and and facial products are well made and different from fff. I do not like getting to many facial products as in cleansers or lip glosses however, as I already have my regular line I prefer. I love the candles but do find the they very pricey. Not sure if I will continue after my subscriptions is up for that reason. For now they are a luxury treat, just not one I can sustain for long.

I love my Zen box
I love my Zen box! Comes customized to suit me. The candles have a beautiful scent. The products are luxury and I use all of them.
When I had a concern it was met with a handwritten note in the following months box I received. Nice to be heard and feel special

Boxes of stuff are always fun to receive. The Candles is really the reason I chose this box. Not really impressed with then. Burning is not giving me a nice flame, looks like it’s going to go out. Liked the sea spray for hair , and was able to give some stuff away to friends that I know i wouldn’t use. Overall not bad but not great! Looking forward to more.

Great Canadian Products
My Eco Luxury box.arrived when promised and was filled with amazing products I am excited.to try. The candle included.in each box always smells.heavenly and I burn them daily.
