EcoGreen Movers have been nothing short of fantastic ! Always super responsive on WhatsApp and there to help and answer queries. Adam and John who did my move were just absolutely brilliant! They were kind, carful and respectful of me and my belongings. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt I could fully trust them. They worked tirelessly for 12 hours and were still good humoured and just as diligent at the end of the job as they were at the start. Thank you so much for making what can be a stressful situation feel easier and like I was in very safe hands.

Recommend eco green to anyone .despite being a busy company, they replied to me as soon as they could and kept me informed of progress during journey to me ,so I knew they were coming and was ready for them . A fantastic moving experience
We recently used EcoGreen Movers for our house move and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care.
Communication:
Right from the initial quote, the team was friendly, responsive, and clear about timings and costs. They answered all my questions and kept me updated leading up to moving day. Payment and inventory management was clear.
Service on the Day:
The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently and were extremely careful with all our belongings. They made the whole process feel stress-free, providing direction when items needed packing differently.
Value for Money:
Considering the excellent service and professional team, I found the pricing very fair. There were no hidden charges and everything was transparent.

The men were really fast and efficent and helped put things in rooms that they didnt need to do which i really appreciated as im of ill health also the staff from office were brilliant with there help kept phoning to make sure everything was going to plan would highly recommend this company and would definatly use them again and there cost for removel was very good excellent actually 100% best company ever

Sadly, I don't share the same 4 and 5 star experiences from the 77 people that have reviewed this company. I share very similar experiences of the 2 reviews that had gone terribly wrong
In my opinion and experience, this company are fly by night and are not experienced "home removal" firm. Possibly a man with a van status. They put all onus on me to itemise all possessions in my home that had to be moved. It would be impressive if anyone is able to do this - I wasn't as I was unaware of the items I had in attic ( which isn't much to be honest) I did tell them in my itinerary though that they needed to remove items in the attic and would need a ladder to get into the attic.
Day of removal they asked me if they could come at 6pm that evening or the next day. I explained that the handover of keys was taking place within the next few hours and legally, the house had to be emptied for new owners.
They showed up 4 hours late with a van that was too small and 2 workers whom English was not their first language so there was a communication barrier right away which frustrated the new owners.
The new owners removal company were parked outside waiting to get in and this company had to get a another van to get the rest of my belongings. They did not have a ladder to get into the attic and left the remaining items behind, as well as my garden furniture and a few small items in my garden shed. This took hours to complete. The new owners could not move into the property that weekend. I now face compensation claims from them and a loss of all my stuff left behind which a lot of it was sentimental.
I got the premium package which included concierge, full packing service and removal service. The guys in the first van never had experience of a house removal but worked with "Pallets" My son's brand new mattress was dragged up a wet and dirty drive at my new property. I got the 2nd van load on the Sunday instead of the Friday.
The owner of this company, Adam, told me that there was more furniture, belongings that I stated in my list. I did ask for a person to visit and survey my items before my removal date and on 2 occasions, they failed to turn up to accurately price the job. So all the onus was on me which made me nervous.
A week later as of today, my items still remain at the property - Adam requested almost £500 more to collect these items and return them to me.
I refused to pay this. I have not heard from this company since.
I really dislike writing reviews like this however, please think carefully before commissioning and trusting this firm. If a price is too good to be true then it usually is. It has been a complete shambles for me and very distressing for the new owner of my previous home.

Our quotations are based strictly on the inventory and details provided at the time of booking. Where the actual volume on the day materially exceeds what was declared, this directly impacts vehicle allocation, staffing, and timing — which was a key issue in this case.
If you believe otherwise, we invite you to provide clear evidence that the volume of items moved matched the inventory originally supplied so this can be reviewed transparently.
We also note that access to additional areas and previously undeclared items significantly alters the agreed scope of work. As with all professional removals, accurate information at the point of booking is essential.
We strongly reject the suggestion that our business operates in the manner described and do not accept the allegations made regarding conduct or professionalism.
Any additional work, return visits, or collection of remaining items resulting from a change in scope is subject to additional charges, in line with standard industry practice.
Should false or defamatory statements continue to be published without evidence, we reserve the right to take appropriate action.
If you wish to resolve this matter properly, please contact us directly with your booking details and any supporting evidence so that it can be reviewed formally.

If it all goes wrong?
If it all goes wrong, don't hold your breathe that they will fix it. They have damaged some items and even lost some items - yes lost items as on the removal day they mixed our items with another customer's in their warehouse. Then they go missing for seven hours leaving you in your new home without your items.
The paperwork is the misleading on who have you employed, is it EcoGreen Movers Limited is it EcoGreen Relocation Group Limited or is it RC Logistics Limited. When you start legal action because they refuse to communicate and resolve the problem and you have incurred legal costs they say that you have pursued the wrong company albeit they are the names on the two invoices!
Absolute fraudsters - I am off to Court now pursing the other companies!
