We had the perfect trip planned for us by Ecochile! They listened to what we wanted to do and incorporated everything into the amount of time we had. We loved all of the tours that were arranged for us. The guides were all very knowledgeable and friendly. All the hotels chosen we clean & comfortable. We expected to have a great trip, but this was above and beyond our expectations! Santiago, Valpariso, Punta Arenas and Torres Del Paine were all AMAZING!!!!

Ecochile representatives were always very reachable by phone and email throughout our trip with any questions we had about our itinerary. A special thank you to Oxana for meeting us at the airport & Marina for her help with booking everything. We also adore Javiera who took us on our own personal tour of Valpariso. She was such a lovely person and we loved spending the day exploring such a wonderful city with her. Thank you Ecochile!

We would love to come back to Chile (wished we could have stayed longer) and will definitely call you to help us plan our next trip!

Honeymoon to remember
We used Ecochile to arrange our 3 week honeymoon in Chile. They booked everything for us and found some splendid boutique hotels. They also arranged all of our internal travel and many tours either with Ecochile staff or local agents. We had a wonderful time and will certainly use Ecochile again when we next travel from Europe to visit Chile.

Oxana was great putting together a seamless travel experience for us that took us where we wanted to go and set us up in great hotels. Her team made it easy to travel to and around Chile! The pickup at the airport- in fact, all our transportation- was friendly, timely and very helpful. All my dietary needs were met thanks to her attention. We had a great, fun and creative trip. I highly recommend Oxana and her team for planning a stress-free and enjoyable vacation!

We had a wonderful day hike in Cajon del Maipo. The scenery was beautiful, the equipment was in excellent conditions and very comfy. To our surprise, while we were enjoying the hot springs in the middle of the snowy mountains, the tour guide gave us some cheese and wine, and chocolate!!! That was just the best of it all.

We did 2 tours with Ecochile, both with very nice guides. We went to some beautiful places in the andes in small groups and the guides told us
a lot about the nature. Thank you again :)

I recently booked a 2 week trip to Patagonia & Tierra del Fuego with EcoChile. The pretrip support I received was exceptional, my trip was customized perfectly to meet my requirements. Support during the trip was also amazing, my domestic flights were checked in for me and boarding passes emailed to me. We missed flights due to weather and the transfers were adjusted and waiting for us at the door. The trip was amazing, and the operators they picked were great as well. I can't recommend EcoChille enough.

Fue una salida muy entretenida, el guia Martin Franke super simpatico con una buena energia, un tipo sencillo. Nos sentimos muy relajados todo el tour. El paisaje es increible lamentablemente las obras de Alto Maipo nos dejaron un poco decepcionados, con respecto a lo que esta pasando.
El tour muy bueno, muy entretenido, el chofer Sergio super bien, un tipo discreto pero atento, simpatico y tranquilo para el manejo. Vale la pena ir a este lugar del mundo, tan cerca de Santiago y maravilloso estar en los Andes. Ah y vimos muchos condores :D :D :D

Had a wonderful day!! We're not usually fans of organized tours, but the relaxed nature of the tour while still being informative and well paced made this tour exceptional! Can't wait to return to Chile and take another EcoChile tour!!

I had the best personalized hiking trip from this team!

I only had one day in Chile before a wedding and it was the day our overnight flight landed. Ecochile arranged to pick us up at the airport and created a personalized day hiking trip in the Andes before dropping us off at the Santiago hotel. I got to get out of Santiago with a Chilean guide, stop a local eatery to pick up some hiking snacks, and see the beautiful landscape along with a difficult but do-able hike. I had the BEST time.

I encourage everyone to book with Ecochile and I will be sure to do the same.

I love their dedication to protecting the environment. The guide was professional, well educated and provided detailed answers to all of our questions. Additionally, he took some fantastic photos that I will preserve our trip forever.

Everything about the guide, the interaction, the value, etc. was top notch and I will certainly use Ecochile Travel the next time I'm down there.

The only reason I did not rate it 5-star is that when we were picked up from the airport, the guide pushed our luggage cart and in the confusion of getting in the car (after traveling all night on the plane), one of our small bags was left on the cart (there were three of us that should have caught that!!). But notably, the Echochile "welcome" sign was also left behind...so a bit more care/training in "transitioning with the client" would have made a big difference in our overall trip enjoyment...I lost a CPAP machine and other items worth nearly a thousand dollars and I slept poorly the rest of our trip. The guide was very gracious/understanding/remorseful and we drove back to the airport and he helped us find Lost and Found, etc.

The Chilean landscape is stunning so that was great but what made the trip for us was the tour guides. They really put themselves out to make the trip special and we also thought the price was very reasonable.
I tour a lot of the world as a professional and a tourist and I really rate this company.
