Awful performance, ignorant system adminstrators, AI everywhere
Node 2 had multiple performance issues, which led to us losing 40 players due to a horrible networking problem; all the system administrator said was "Sorry and thanks." Then, later deleted our server, and the suspension reason was all about one AI agent reviewing our server as abusive, when it wasn't telling what was abusive.
Please avoid using this host if you have a project or view other better providers than this one.

We have no records of any network issues on Node 2 during the time you reported problems to us.
Our support team already explained that your software was limited to a single vCore, which caused overload and performance degradation even if your server had limit of 2.5vCores. You were also advised to enable multithreading to avoid these issues.
Your case was escalated to the abuse desk due to a releated violation of the Free Products service extension (7.1).
The automated review flagged the activity, and a subsequent human review confirmed the decision. Based on this, actions were taken under ToS sections 10.2 and 13.2 for suspected fraud.
Additionally, you did not use our official support channels. Instead, you contacted a system administrator privately at 1–2 AM Berlin time, outside of their working hours, which is not an appropriate support method.
