I received my vape and it didnot work so returned it and awaiting a replacement or refund as I’m not sure what’s happening ,?? I did request a replacement but I’m awaiting a response from them

Fast service which important if you are running low on product, helpful and accurately described, the most important is the competitive pricing, whilst the great service is very important , price will always play a factor in my decision to re order, and maybe applying worth while discounts for returning customers could be used to retain your customer base

I ordered GZ coils and you sent me GT…
I ordered GZ coils and was sent GT coils, which I can't use. They said they would send me the right coils, then changed their minds and refunded me a few days later. If they weren't in stock in the 1st place, then why didn't they know and then send the wrong ones ?? Got a quick reaponse and refund, luckily, but disappointed with this company.
