bad customer service
i ordered a new vape from this store i choose them as they had the vape i needed to replace one i had just broken and the delivery offered was next day. an hour later i received an email stating my order was complete and ready to dispatch an hour after that i received another email telling me the item was out of stock. yes they offered me other vapes but not one could be found on the website and due to number of accessories i had to go with the vape i ordered i needed that one. i would have checked to see if they went with vapes they offered but as i couldnt find them on website i couldnt. i do wonder how something can be ready for dispatch then suddenly out of stock. i found them to be rude in the email i received when i told them the vapes offered were no good and i would like a refund. refund did come but wont be using this store again as noone seems to know what they are doing.

I ordered one bottle
I ordered one bottle, and paid extra £4.99 for 24hr delivery and still waiting over a week later, they said they would look into it yesterday,
Would like to add they have since apologised and the post office had lost my order and have sent me a free bottle and refund for the inconvenience. So very helpful and many thanks. Nick.
