Awful customer service
Awful customer service! Ordered 3 ecigs, (3 for £30 offer) only received 2 in package, phone number on website is not in use, I asked for the missing item to be send to me via live chat (which takes hours/days to get a response) was advised it would be sent to me when I placed another order!

Ongoing shocking customer service on faulty items…
I can’t add to a previous review made in March, but it’s be flagged as dodgy by them, over 2 faulty vapes they promised to replace & haven’t!
Very sad when your customer service is so inefficient that you keep having to ask for details over & over or just ignoring emails!

Avoid if you can
Crystal vapes tasted nothing like they should, even though I've had the flavour many times, it tasted like a fake one. One had also leaked in the packaging and despite sending photos customer service was still argumentative and haven't resolved it.

All items I bough had a fault
All items I bough had a fault, they were disposable vapes, different varieties and not one lasted usual length of time. After a day had burnt taste and liquid leaked out
In reply to the company, I did share this with the company. It was not a long time ago I placed my order 9th May and tried the various vapes all of which were faulty. I contacted them to advise and their reponse was very rude to me and then I never heard from them after that. My advice would be do not purchase from this seller !!!!!
