I called to the Longford store on three…
I called to the Longford store on three different occasions and was told by staff that they would not serve me as he was on a break. After that I needed a new vape so I decided I would drive to the Carrick on Shannon store and avoid that member of staff.
I was served by a different member of staff. I brought the vape home and plugged it in to charge. I left it overnight. The next day the battery indicator was reading no charge so I put a CT (current transformer) on the line to see if it was getting a charge. It was starting and stopping continuously.
I brought it back to the Carrick on Shannon store and unfortunately the staff member from Longford was working there. He refused to replace it and said he had to test it first and I had to leave it with him. He said I should call back the next day to collect it.
Later that day he sent me a text to say it charged without issue and the problem must be my power supply.
I use the same power supply for my mobile phone, vape and for the CT's that monitor my electrical use. It was not my power supply. This guy just likes messing me around. I blocked his number and I will write off the vape.
Another trip to Carrick on Shannon is not worth been told to come back some other time because he is on a break. Its a two hour drive. As I cant avoid this member of staff I will avoid this store.

I paid for 3 bottles of juice and got 2
I ordered 3 50ml bottles of juice plus 3 nic shots last week. When I got the package I opened it and I was missing 1 50ml bottle. I mostly buy from there shop in Longford and the man who works there is a very nice man. But i ordered this online because he didn't have any.
I have sent 2 email to let them know and not word I got back. The worst customer service I have ever seen. And the last time I will ever buy from them again.

Hi, we received 1 email from you on Tuesday the 25th at 8:51pm and you submitted this feedback on the 26th at 10:27pm. I understand that you expect an immediate response to your email and we would love to have the opportunity to do so, but unfortunately we are sometimes very busy and we reply to emails within 48 hours. Which I don't think is the worst customer service. Please try to buy elsewhere and compare delivery time and customer service maybe you will change your mind.
We are very sorry for our mistake and the missing liquid will be sent to you as soon as possible
