Customer is to blame
From reading other poor reviews....me to!!! Great shop in Sligo but zero help and customer service if you have any issues after purchase. All blame for faulty device which is still in warranty put on me, I damaged it.
I never even got a first charge out of it. Emails over and back, I'm still to blame. I don't understand how there could not even be a teeny tiny possibility that vape might just have been faulty??
In the end only out 20euro, had enough blame thrown at me and will shop elsewhere

Buyer beware here.
Have been a customer of this company for years. Sent me a faulty product (coils), sent them an email to tell them. Got a response that said it was me and not the product. Needless to say they have one customer less now. Buyer beware seems to be their motto. Best of luck with that strategy.
Judging by the intense response below on a 3 euro product query. I think I must go elsewhere

Hi, thank you for your opinion. It is certainly very helpful for other customers, but to be complete I will describe the situation from beginning to end. In mid-November last year, you bought 2 pods from us, which you complained about yesterday, i.e. 09/01/2025. So you used these pods for 2 months. Pods wear out during normal use and are not covered by any warranty. Due to the fact that we have no information from other customers that there is a problem with them, we wrote to you that other customers do not return with this problem and there is no problem with the series / batch of this product. And if you want, you can send these 2 pods back to us and we will check them. If there was a problem with the batch of this product and we did not want to replace them, you would see thousands of negative opinions about them here - but there are none.
if you sent the Pods back to us for inspection, we would check their degree of wear and correct operation. With normal everyday use, such Pods last for a week to a maximum of 2 weeks. It all depends on the intensity of use. You contacted us after 2 months, which means that if 2 pods were enough for that time, 1 pod was enough for a month - this is a very good result. Thank you again for your opinion because it confirms the quality of the product and its durability - longer than expected. We wish you a nice day

having been a custumer for many years recieved a faulty battery , emailed them they said post it back so i did, now they dont respond to emails

Excellent company
Excellent company to deal with, fast processing and shipping, I usually get my orders next day, 2 days at latest (rarely). Competitive prices, loyalty points, and really good selection of products. I used to use one of the companies that has stores nationwide, but their online service is woeful compared to these guys. Very happy to have found them!

Haha I don't need to prove anything to anyone here, I'm just having a bit of fun with your hilarious responses.
The facts are: you weren't helpful at all, stopped replying to my emails, then gave me a smart-ass response. I have been purchasing from many vape retailers, and if a vape turned out to be defective the solution was prompty found and I kept happily ordering from them.
Then I proceeded to check out your Trustpilot reviews and was absolutely shocked to see how you talk to people. It clearly showed how you (don't) care about your customers.
Btw "hit your sweet spot" is not semantically correct in this context... I see you really like using smart words, but consult a dictionary first ;)
I wish you a lovely day and future successes with your business (when/if you finally learn some good manners).

I bought almost 100.00 euros worth of vapes one of them.was defective the elf 5000.long story short they wont replace it tryed to tell me its in perfect condition its not. Also the issue took days for a reply. So no I'd never use them again
I can't reply to your utter ridiculous comment. It's the elf is defective you have no idea how to keep you're customers satisfied. So chapter closed you're company is a joke.Ive used these vapes b4 it came that way.

Hi, thank you for your opinion. However, the situation is as follows: from Friday evening (12/04/2024) you started sending us messages, and by Sunday (14/04/2024) there were about 7 of them. Due to the fact that we do not work on weekends, we did not have the opportunity to respond. After looking at the photos you sent us, you can clearly see that the rubber part that is apparently missing was removed by you and put back on the bottle, but completely the other way around (you can see it in the photo). The device always comes with instructions on how to use it, even in pictorial form. Thank you for not using us anymore and taking your frustrations out on others.

the order was worth 75.2 euros, not almost 100 as you write. Apparently you like to exaggerate and make things up a bit
Every time you edit this review, you come up with a new story. Just remove the rubber part from the bottle that you turned inside out and put it on correctly. Will it take maybe 10 seconds?
