The free delivery offers no options with regard to delivery date and time meaning that is only suitable for those who don’t go to work, those who work from home or those who are willing to take holiday to receive the delivery. There is simply no flexibility. I would rather contribute towards the delivery cost and make sure I’m home when delivery takes place.

Delivery was on time got a delivery slot and got a call from the driver to say he was 15 mins away perfect

This was through BJS two man delivery. Team gave 3hr window for delivery on a Sunday, turned up 2 hours early while nobody was home and drove back to warehouse. On speaking with the office the following day once open, I was told that the team knocked my door and spoke to somebody who didn’t recognise the name on the order. This didn’t happen and it took me to offer sending cctv footage to the office for them to back down and re-arrange. They didn’t want the cctv once confronted. The team who eventually arrived were superb.

This is the second ti. I have been asked to review a product that has not yet been delivered. Very poor customer service.
