We do quite a few of the ecert training courses,and we find them easy to navigate. We like the fact that you can read through in your own time and go over things again and again if you feel that you need to.

I like the selection of courses available but on certain courses it has skipped a unit and not allowed me to see it.

I had to download the app although I…
I had to download the app although I was getting on fine doing it on line.
I could not access my new training but I could take the exam so at least that was an improvement because I have been forced to have the app.
I can’t easily see the dates that my modules run out.

We can't login onto the computers to access e cert learning and 1 staff member needs to complete the care certificate but can't access it on her mobile phone
