ECC have been an absolute lifeline for my husband & I. Steven dealt with our contract with ECC to terminate our timeshare points allocation with Diamond Resorts.
He provided the guidance that directed our communication with Diamond Resorts resulting in their agreement to terminate our contract within 48 hours of our contacting them.

I was referred to Steven as a means of expediting exit from a timeshare agreement. He is a no nonsense , direct type of individual. He promised at the outset he would achieve exit for us and whilst I naturally had some scepticism regarding his claim….he delivered in double quick time. You do need to follow his guidance throughout and act promptly when requested to achieve the desired quick fire result. Thanks again Steven

First had contact with company nearly 4 years ago. Due to misunderstanding on my part I thought work had ceased but have recently heard from them again and received great service. Everything is now sorted and Wendy has been very helpful.

To be finally free of timeshare after several years of fighting is a huge relief, nothing was happening until Steven John contacted me and promised he would succeed, he kept me informed and helped me through all the forms as I am a 79 year old widow not at all computer literate, I wouldn’t have done it without his help as I didn’t think anyone else was listening

Na een aankoop van €1798 bij Segway begon de ellende: late levering, geen mogelijkheid tot retourneren en nul reactie op onze pogingen tot contact. We voelden ons machteloos... tot we ECC Europe inschakelden. Vanaf dat moment begon er eindelijk beweging te komen bij Segway.
Het heeft ruim vijf maanden geduurd, maar dankzij ECC hebben we ons geld terug! Het contact met ECC was snel, duidelijk en uiterst professioneel. Hun inzet heeft écht het verschil gemaakt.
ECC is een toporganisatie en in een wereld waar negatieve ervaringen vaak de boventoon voeren, is het des te belangrijker om dit soort positieve ervaringen in de spotlight te zetten. Heel erg bedankt!

I have been kept informed all the way during the procedure to get me out of my Occidental time share. I particularly want to mention Steven who has been very encouraging and who has got back to me almost immediately with my concerns/questions. He has a direct attitude which I find gets to the point and answers needed to make me feel I am in good hands. Cannot recommend the company enough if you need help getting out of your timeshare.

Everyone at ECC was most helpful and kept us informed of every step in the process. Steve John was every efficient in dealing with our issue and sent us the wording needed to secure a response from Hilton. After sending our request, the response from Hilton confirming that cancellation of our contract had taken place and no further liabilities were applicable, was received within an hour. Further investigation will determine whether a compensation claim can be made.

Patience is key. 13 month process for us but boy is it worth it!
This was something that was difficult for us as a couple. We recognised early on what a mistake we had made and soon found ECC to help us when we hit dead ends. ECC took care of us and ensured us that this would get resolved.
Although no quick fix the peace of mind we have now that we are no longer locked into a timeshare is like having an enormous weight lifted from our shoulders.
Steven delivered just as he said. We are very grateful to Steven and ECC's services for getting us out of hot water.

The help and guidance received was very good. We were helped at every stage of the process by someone who was knowledgeable and who had helped other people before so knew what they were doing. We have been wanting this sort of help for years but in the end it took only just over a week of help from this company for us to get what we wanted.
