My experience with ECC has been positive as from the beginning they have been exceptionally helpful. My main contact has been Steven who has shown tolerance to my constant questioning always giving me sound advice which has finally come to fruition. A monkey is off my back after a long time and I am eternally grateful to Steven and all concerned. I would not hesitate in suggesting to others trying to offload time shares to try ECC.

For 2 plus years, getting absolutely nowhere trying to withdraw and cancel my CLC timeshare, last resort seek online search and manage to approached European Consumer Claims (ECC) for help. After getting absolutely nowhere trying to cancel our Las Vegas timeshare ourselves, we approached European Consumer Claims.
From the very beginning, Wendy did exactly what she said she would. Her professionalism, honesty, and regular updates quickly restored our confidence in the process. Communication was clear throughout, and we were supported every step of the way. Wendy was always positive, friendly, and reassuring, which made a stressful situation far easier to deal with.
Steven may come across as a little stern at times, but he clearly knows his stuff and gets the job done without any messing about. Overall, his expertise delivered exactly what we needed.
We are genuinely relieved and grateful for the outcome and would definitely recommend European Consumer Claims to anyone who finds themselves in the daunting position we were in.

Wendy Steven were very helpful in explaining and guiding us through the final stages of our exit from Calypso Key.
Wendy especially was very patient this morning helping us sort out our payment to ECC. Our bank was playing up, but after 3 attempts we got it done.

It's fair to say we were extremely cautious about entering into this action having been scammed for a lot of money to do the same as ECC. However from the start Wendy has done everything she said she would and that has restored our confidence. We have had regular updates about the process. She was keen to ensure we had good news before Christmas and we have - although there was a hiccough which she pursued to a satisfactory outcome. I would definitely recommend this organisation to others who find themselves in the scary position we were in particularly with Wendy on the team.

We were guided and supported every step of the way, to achieve our aim of getting out of our time share. Everyone in the company was so helpful in helping us achieve our goal.
Wendy was always so positive, friendly and lovely to talk to, helping me feel reassured every step of the way.
Steven well he can come across a little abrupt, but he knows his stuff and gets the job done, with no messing about. I can't fault him overall, he's done a great job, I would definitely use them again.

With our timeshare resort in Cyprus having gone in to apparent receivership and not knowing what to do I turned to ECC. From the initial contact with ECC I felt reassured that they would be able to get us out of our timeshare ownership commitment without the worry of potential liability, albeit the need to pay a substantial exit fee.
Throughout the whole process ECC kept regular contact, from my initial zoom meeting with Alistair, through to Richard, Steven and Wendy. The whole process took just three months, with a termination letter being received from EEC lawyers confirming our timeshare ownership contract had been successfully terminated, resulting in the extinction of any past, present or future liability.

ECC. Not heard from them In over a year ! I occasionally go on the website and am dealt with ai responses saying the same old thing - am truly thinking that we have been well and truly scammed. Not sure about other reviews on here but I am a real person. Like someone else says in November all will be sorted and payouts will be done ! Haven’t said what year though !! Still waiting for my claim payout and I don’t expect it anytime soon .. can’t believe I was so gullible when all I wanted was to get rid of Clc timeshare .

Thank you ECC team for the hard work you put in for our case. The biggest surprise was when I got in touch with Wendy Foley and she mention I’d be contacted by Steven John. I sure was. It was like being shoulder to shoulder with Mary Poppins. Or being part of bed knobs and broomsticks. A spoonful of sugar and twist of the bed knobs job done. Thank you Wendy for getting us as far as Steven and thank you Steven for doing all the heavy lifting at the end. Both My husband and myself are truly grateful for helping us finally say goodbye to this episode in our life.

I feel we’ve been totally misled from the start and all this company wants to do is take six grand off you they don’t update you. They don’t ring you when you have a booking for months long winded zoom calls at the beginning told of an updat inNovember. Now December still nothings happened really unhappy with this company save yourself the time when I grow and do not use them.
