Excellent service. it came 3 days after my wife's birthday but that had a lot to do with me ordering 2 days before it!!!

Visited and purchased in November could not be more helpful. I was looking for another present for someone for Christmas they were first choice. Ordered on line and received the same personal service.

My grandaughter chose this as her present as it matched her choice.

In the summer I saw Ebor on Country File. So I went up to Whitby from Cambridgeshire. Whilst there I purchased a jet pendant. The jewellery is hand made on their premises. I decided I would like some earrings to match I knew how lovely everything is hence my recent purchase.

I went in your shop and bought a neckless, when I got home I wish I got earrings as well. I ordered them . I was very please with the service. I hope to go back one day6

Necklace was lovely.
The only criticism I'd have is the packaging it came in was not that great.
The paper envelope was all torn apart.
Luckily the postman checked with us that all the contents were present before we signed for it.
For the cost of the necklace I would have expected it to arrive in a postal box rather than an envelope.

I wanted earrings to go with the pendant I bought in the summer when I was in Whitby. Great selection on line and quick delivery. Quality excellent.

Last year one of my sisters bought me a beautiful locket for my 60th Birthday from Ebor Jetworks & i loved it. So this year when my other turned 60 it was no brainer. The pendent i bought her was beautiful. Worth every penny & more. Delivery was quick. Highly recommend.

I found this shop after looking for a mourning locket for my sister. It's a simple contemporary design and perfect for storing a photo and hair, not too heavy either. I made a perspex window for each side which was the only thing lacking. The seller's communication was excellent and the price included special delivery. I would definitely recommend and am waiting for the smaller locket to come back into stock.
