I was delighted with the quick response to my order.
I bought the earrings as a 40th birthday present for my niece.
I have already bought 3 pairs in the past and knew that the quality was good.
My sister and I visited the shop when we were staying in Whitby and were very impressed with the skill and expertise that goes into making this jewellery.

Ordered a pair of earrings, noticed the payment had been taken but didn't receive an email confirmation or any further communication. Called the phone number and the gentleman informed me there had been some website issues, they would check and call back. As it happened, my order arrived and I was about to call them back to inform them when they called me to say my order should arrive that day. Both people I spoke to were friendly and professional. The earrings were perfect. My mum was very happy with her birthday gift. I have had jewellery from them when I have visited the store in person too. A very interesting little shop where you can see some of the jet being prepared. The staff are very knowledgeable and seem to be a big part of the whitby community.

The service I received on line and previously in the shop has been excellent. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable and any request is treated with care and efficiency.

Ordered a pendant as a birthday present online. It arrived suitably presented in a black box inside a black bag. The pendant is beautiful and was very well received. I had to phone Ebor after ordering as there was a bit of an email communication glitch but I was instantly reassured by their response. In my experience, they are an excellent business and I would buy again with total confidence.

I visited Whitby a few months ago and bought a ring at the shop. I was really impressed at the craftsmanship and the gentleman in the shop was lovely. I could have stayed all day talking to him.
I needed a gift for my mentor as I am leaving my current role. I settled on some cufflinks and thought Whitby Jet would be unique. The cufflinks are beautiful and arrived beautifully packaged. I highly recommend this Jeweller.

Went in looking for a new pinkie ring. Explained that my current engagement ring had snapped after about 25years of wear and tear. This chap was actually working and finishing off a snake ring! Showed me it, I luvved it and it fitted perfectly. Polished it off and now is my pride and joy. Lovely fella, Twas a pleasure to watch a true craftsman at work 🙏🥰
