Ordered a part several days ago. Emailed a couple times with NO response. Sent a message through Facebook NO response.

Update - I finally got a response and just received the folding stem and I had to come back and update the review. This folding mechanism is pretty much the beefiest one I have ever seen. They definitely need to work on their customer service and improve their response time. That’s just an absolute fact. But the X1 folding stem is definitely worth it.
So I’m updating it with a positive review regardless of the lackluster response time.

This is absolutly great shop, frendly and helpful stuff! Full recommendation and I will buy here again for sure! They have lots of nice upgrading parts for Mate X on great prices.

Great tesla battery I mean it's awsome because actually ITS tesla battery and know it's tesla battery make it awsome and make tiny more top speed . MATE X and last alot longer range i mean it's fricken badass kit.

Dit is een echte fietsenmaker! Word goed geholpen en denkt ook mee aan je probleem. Als er een probleem is met je fiets, kan je hem vaak dezelfde dag nog brengen! Echt topservice!!

Ik heb twee Super73 fatbikes laten onderhouden door Fietsenwinkel Amsterdam in Badhoevedorp van Augusto. Monteren van twee nieuwe hydraulische remsets van Magura MT5, nieuwe binnenbanden en antilek foam, de kabels netjes weggewerkt met strak tape, remschijven vervangen en onderhoud aan de tandwielen en nog een aantal punten van aandacht die nodig waren. Augusto is een vakman, weet heel veel van electrische fietsen en is specialist op en top. Augusto denkt met je mee, geeft wat je nodig hebt, adviseert, je voelt je in vertrouwde handen en dat is belangrijk want het gaat om duur materiaal dat onderhoud en vakkennis vraagt. Augusto verstaat zijn vak!

Super blij met mijn aankoop maar nog meer met de service. Super vriendelijk personeel, de e-bike helemaal gereed gemaakt incl tracker, slot etc. En ik mocht de e-bike ook nog eens opslaan in de winkel tot mijn zoon zijn rapport binnen was. Enorm tevreden!

Man, I really love my bike again after upgrading to the 52v 20a Tesla cell battery (caseless) and a really solid charger along with it.

My old battery (14,5ah from Mate) decided to give up fully. Augusto was really helpful, kind and ready to help wherever possible.

I’m glad I can ride my bike again. The range is pretty good, i did 35km with only 17/20% and the cells aren’t even fully balanced yet. It also packs a punch when accelerating. I use it in combination with my EggRider and it works flawlessly.

de Doppio e-bike van mijn dochter Jules ter reparatie gebracht omdat het Doppio service center niet reageerde. De reparatie is snel en keurig gedaan. Hartelijke ontvangst en ook nog een veiligheids tip gekregen. Super tevreden !

I placed an order and selected electric blue. I recieved some weird green color. Two attempts via email were made to correct this w/o any response. Made false claims of replying to my emails, then wanted me to pay for shipping back to them to fix THEIR inability to fulfill my order correctly. A reputable company wouldn't take this stance.

It was my first time that I have been there and will go there again, very pleasant, very friendly and explains what you are asking for, they know well what they can help you with, I recommend this store to everyone for this ebike bicycle store 😉👍

I bought a couple of batteries to replace the ones in my super73, the batteries are larger and heavier but unfortunately they are not more durable. Bad after-sales service, they forgot to include a pair of keys to anchor the battery to the bicycle and after writing to them for a long time they never arrived.

Great and fast Delivery.
Al parts look ok and undamaged.
