Purchased 2 dresses from Ebaney and they both look like crap. One is cut very small and the dress is cheaply made. In the pictures the dresses are beautiful. I have tried to contact customer service but the don’t respond. I did not believe the other reviews but I do now. They got me this time I hope they don’t get you!

Your rating of 3 stars has has nothing to do with the quality or pricing of your product, I love the dresses I ordered they fit true to size and are simply beautiful and great quality. The reasoning behind the 3 stars is your customer service/lack of communication. I just feel that you should communicate more with your customers , you send no updates on orders other then it has shipped. I will continue to order from your site because I’m very happy with the product, and in hopes your communication improves. Thank you!

i received my purchase quite quickly and was in good condition as was all packaging, it was all good

The products that I received on time were exactly what I expected.

Was the BEST and arrived with a smile. Got everything on my list just right.

One of the items was disappointing in terms of fit and drape. The other was fine.

Do NOT order from this company. The dress does not look like the picture. Cheaply made and I paid over $60 for it. No return option.

Skeptical at first, as we’ve been burned by shopping links before. BUT this was NOT that type of experience! Good product, just as shown. Arrived in full and on time. Would shop again and recommend!

I ordered three dresses. The material is cheap and they are not well made. They really look awful on me. The problem is trying to return them. The website says free returns in 30 days. I contacted customer care for a return label and they are not sending it. They keep asking me why I want to return them, asking me for photos, etc. An earlier reviewer had the same experience. They offered to refund $15 then they offered to refund $32. Still not honoring the 30 day free refund.

I love the two dresses I bought! SO COMFORTABLE!! Would it be wrong to wear them every day?!?!

I am always leary about ordering clothing online but I though I’d take the chance this time. I was happy in every way! The clothes were delivered within the time frame that was given when I placed my order and they fit perfectly! I will order again.

The dress was not exactly like the picture but when I tried it on it was so cute…definitely keeping it and belting it at the waist

Sizing is all off. ordered 3 of the same size dresses, relatively same cut. 1 fit, 1 was too small, 1 was WAY too large. Tried to return it, was offered $12 to keep the 3 dresses and not return them.... then offered $26...to keep them. Each dress was $36..... just trying to return the 2 dresses (which their website says you just need an RMA # to do so). No luck yet.

Took awhile but worth the wait! Love all 3 dresses!

Dress is adorable!!! Can’t wait to wear it!! Fits pretty well but bigger busts definitely need to go up a size.
