Strong Warning: Do Not Buy From This Company I would give 0 stars if I could!! My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and should serve as a warning to others. The product I received was defective—the lid squeaked loudly and the bottle leaked. When I tried to return it, the process was unnecessarily complicated and designed to frustrate customers. Despite following their instructions and providing proof of postage, they have refused to issue a refund, insisting on tracking details even though they supplied a non-tracked return label. Communication is painfully slow, with responses arriving every one to two days, often asking irrelevant questions instead of resolving the issue. This company demonstrates a clear lack of professionalism and accountability. Their approach to customer service and refunds is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their reliability. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere. Bought what was meant to be x2 tubes of marine sealant and received a packet of envelopes, eventually got a reply apologising for new staffing issues etc.
Have been refunded as there are out of stock of the item i bought??

But Neil seemed sincere enough with his reply.

Bought a couple of photo albums for my daughter for the grandkids photos and they are fantastic... pockets and sleeves for school reports and other keepsakes, an index and place to write next to each photo. Such great prices and really fast delivery too. Will definitely be ordering again.
