Easy to navigate and to find…
Easy to navigate and to find information on what is covered and exclusions. Actual annual payment was £11 higher than the quote, even though I did not change anything - so deducted one star.

The £11 difference is due to the additional battery cover being selected. However, if you decide you don’t need this cover, you can remove it anytime using the Amend Policy button in your dashboard.

Great policy for E-Bikes
Great that you can add on the extra covers which you may need. Particularly thought the addition of ‘taxi breakdown cover’ a good idea especially with the E-Bike.
Overall very pleased with the cover and price.
